I had a bad experience with their customer service and timeliness. They were not punctual with their work or on time when starting it. They installed security bars, but later had to come back and take measurements for new windows because the fit was wrong the first time around. They also did a lousy job the second time around. So it's safe to say that I wouldn't be hiring them again.

Tom Roth came to my house to give an estimate for a security door. Part of his literature used crime stories to sell his product. He stayed much too long and talked about himself way too much. He tried to pressure me to make an immediate decision. When he called back and I refused to give him my business, he said he didn't want to do business with me. He encompassed all the worst traits of a bad salesman.

They are good.

Good. The workers had a difficult job in the installation primarily due to the difficult soil conditions. However, they overcame the challenge and made a good quality installation that looks very sharp in our backyard. Despite a late arrival on the first day, the entire installation went smoothly and we were completely satisfied.
