I had family coming into town and needed to find someone to help clean my house. I found this company on Groupon for 3 hour of housecleaning for $60. I called the lady Sept 24th at 11:21am to schd a cleaning. The lady told me to text her my info and address bc she was busy. I did not heard back from her until Oct 5 at 8:35pm at night with a text saying "We'll come 10/31 please confirm asap Dana." I was at a wedding and replied 'no.' They do NOT make any appointment to clean your house when you are available. No that's not how it works. They will get ahold of you when they please through a text message. Then today I send her a text "do you have an opening nov 16th?' She called me while I was in the shower and left me a VERY RUDE!!!!! message. Unbelievably rude!!! I called her back for her to talk over me and yell at me. She does not speak english very well was yelling too much that I couldn't understand why she was so mad. I said "Is there someone I can talk to who speaks english?" and she flew off the handle. Her husband (I guess) got on the phone and told me to SHUT UP and that they had a time set up for me and I didn't confirm (not the case.) After yelling back and forth, he hung up on me. I have never been treated like that and frankly I was no upset AT ALL until the rude yelling message on my cell phone. I think these people should not be doing business with Groupon bc they are giving them a bad name. I emailed Groupon right away and within 24 hr I had my money back. Thank you Groupon! Beware customers! Take your business anywhere else!! This company does not deserve one more penny from anyone.
