Armando's Carpet Cleaning

I had called scheduled my carpets to be cleaned and a sectional sofa to be done also. I received a call back after my initial voicemail and Armando and I scheduled an appointment for later in the week. I removed light furniture and other misc. items to help make his job easier and allow for maximum efficiency. Despite my efforts, he was a NO CALL, NO SHOW! I tried to call him to make sure that I had the right day. I texted him. I got no answer or response. Very Frustrating. DO NOT CALL, he's not reliable.

I would n ed very recommend this company.

As I said above, I made the appointment and nobody showed up or called me back. I was very disappointed because he had done a great job previously.

I had to contact Armando to schedule although Angie's List said he would be contacting me. Per Armando he doesn't receive notices from Angie's List regarding who has paid and who needs to be called. I was glad I called him. He delivered as promised. I will use his services again in the future.

I bought a coupon as well. Left multiple messages to schedule. After a few days, finally a call back and scheduled. It was for a rental property. I gave him her number as well, at his request, in case he was running late. He showed up on time, and unfortunately, she was running late. He never left his number for her. She called him multiple times as well. Somtimes going cheaper is not worth it! IF he ever calls back and reschedules, I will write a positve review, however, it should never take this many calls to a business!

This place was awesome. Took a bit to book since their Groupon was popular, however this week I called for service and was scheduled in two days. Armando is SUPER nice. They shampooed vs. steam cleaning (he offered both options), which meant the rugs were dry almost instantly. This is a huge plus with toddlers and animals. Got out the million stains, but I mostly recommend them because they were SO nice and professional. Definitely will keep using them.

Bought an online coupon. From the beginning they never answered a phone. Returned about half the calls. There was an ongoing message that they were scheduling 2-3 months out, but assuring the coupon holders that they would honor the coupon. Then once the coupon expired, the message was changed to something like, sorry, its too late. Then they didn't return any calls, hardly professional. Just checked Yelp and the one rating there was for VERY poor qualify.
