ARIZONA TILE

I think you'll do better avoiding this store. In my opinion, it's important to work with knowledgeable and helpful folks. Sadly, Arizona tile has neither. Here's my interaction with the lady at the front desk.Me: and quot;Hi, I'm looking for white hexagon tiles in size 3and quot; or 4and quot;Her: and quot;We only carry 1and quot; tiles in these colorsand quot;, (points in direction of display).Me: and quot;Okay, thanksand quot;10 min elapses while I shop aroundMe: and quot;I don't think those tiles are going to work for us, do you know any other companies that might carry this style?and quot;Her: and quot;I have no ideaand quot;Me: and quot;Hmm, is there another salesman that might know?and quot;Her: and quot;I'm not a salesmanand quot;Me: and quot;Okaaay, may I speak to a salesman?and quot;Her: and quot;I don't think anybody's hereand quot; Looking over shoulder at other woman with clipboard. and quot;Do you know any other tile places around here?and quot;Woman 2: and quot;Noand quot; Looking at me and quot;You could try google and see if there are any aroundand quot;Okay, so it's a lot to expect them to be helpful in finding the best thing for the customer but in the long run, that's what earns loyalty. Helping a customer find the product that fits them should be the first objective, closing a sale is important but it was clear that I wasn't going to buy their merchandise today..... but tomorrow, well I would certainly give them a chance in the future if I felt they had my best interest in mind but they don't.So, from looking at their prices and their service, I would skip Arizona Tile, the staff doesn't care and the prices are not the highest but certainly no bargain.If you're going to pay too much for tile, I suggest you find a place that has helpful staff, sadly, Arizona Tile fails.

We will never use this company again. Bad customer service from the moment we walked in. The girl that was helping us just up and left us to go help someone else and then acted like we were bothering her to help us figure out how much tile we would need. They ended up selling us way more tile than was needed and refused to take it back for a refund or to even exchange it for smaller tiles for a possible future project. They claimed that after awhile the color we had would be different than what they had in storage. Yeah, right! Just a way for them to make more money.

They have great selection, quality, and a very nice showroom.  I highly recommend them.
