APPLIANCE FACTORY PARTS

This is a terrible company! I ordered a piece from them and never received it. They did not try to help or resolve this issue. The only solution they offered was for me to purchase it again. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with they do not value their customers. Do not buy from them! They will take your money

Purchased a new scratch & dent refrigerator at the East Evans location. Said it would take 2 weeks to deliver (!!). Okay but they did not arrive within the time window but almost 2 hours later (I had to call in to make sure they were still coming). When they arrived they said they could not get their truck up my driveway. That's odd because I get regular deliveries by 50 ft semi trucks up my driveway & I have had other large appliances and furniture delivered with no issues. Then they said that they can only drop off the appliance in the garage. I don't have a garage & they kept saying that that is what it said on the paperwork. I also paid to have my old fridge removed but they said it would cost more than the extra charge since the old fridge was not in the garage. But I still have no garage I said. But that's what the work order said, said the delivery guy. I just told them to forget the whole thing. Not ever going to use the "friendly" neighborhood store again.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, they have the rudest customer service reps that I have ever talked to. The first time I tried to cancel my order was via chat when I was told if I wanted to get my non-back ordered item shipped first, I would have to pay for double shipping. I canceled the entire order then, nothing happened. Then emailed, nothing happened, emailed for the again, very annoyed by then, felt like I was getting the runaround and I kept asking for the cancellation to be in writing via email. Finally, somebody emailed saying the items were canceled but then I received a shipping confirmation through UPS. I messaged them again, very annoyed, as I had already purchased from another company. Here is their last exchange! By the way, I'm sure they will delete this post. You said "I've already ordered the part I needed elsewhere" and THAT place ordered it from us. you paid them, they paid us, we ship it to you. and thus the tracking # is from us.

Parts did not match what was ordered and I was informed that I would have to pay return shipping charges for their mistake. It even said on the box "wrong part". My questions were not answered in the email exchange.

ANY TIME I'VE CALLED APPLIANCE FACTORY PARTS THEY HAVE PARTS IN STOCK. FURNACE WOULD NOT WORK. THE FLAME SENSOR WAS NOT WORKING. WAREHOUSE CARRIES A LOT OF PARTS.
