If you can purchase anywhere else, even for a bit more money, do! Three weeks ago we purchased a kitchen Range, under cabinet microwave and dish washer. The microwave and dishwasher were in stock and delivered in a week. The range was on back order and the promised delivery in 2 weeks (Friday). Well, Friday came and went with no communication from anyone at Appliance Factory. Upon calling them (several times) they stated they were "doing everything" to help us out, which is hard to believe since they wouldn't call us back. After spending 3 days calling them, they finally said delivery would happen a week later. UGH! We had contractors coming in to do more work that required the range to be here, so aside from not having our kitchen for who knows how much longer, we now need to cancel our appointments with other contractors until an unknown date because we can't rely on Appliance Factory to deliver. They have a "Presidents Hotline" I called several times, thinking we might just be dealing with a bad group of sales folks, but not so... Still haven't heard back from anyone on the "Presidents Hotline" either that or nobody in the organization cares. Had I known, I would have spent hundreds more somewhere else. This has been a complete disaster.
Description of Work: Buyer beware. This company doesn't care about customers, only taking your $$. Its not what the provider did, its everything they didn't do. They took our money and promised delivery of our appliances, the date came and went with no communication from them. Had I known beforehand, I would have gladly purchased our appliances elsewhere for more money.

This letter is to complain about the lack of service my husband and I have been receiving from Appliance Factory Outletsand acirc;€™ (12490 S. Parker Rd., Parker, CO 80138) store managers, as well as The Presidentand acirc;€™s Hotlineand acirc;€™s representatives. We havenand acirc;€™t received any response from the Presidentand acirc;€™s people, and have had to constantly call back store managers after they refuse to call us back. I want you to know this because the lack of basic customer service is ATTROCIOUS!!! It took ten days for Brand Source repair techs to come out and look at the washer, only to tell me it was one of Whirlpooland acirc;€™s two front load models, which the inner drum is connected to the outer drum and would cost over $800 dollars to fix. They told me there was something stuck inside between the two drums, and wasnand acirc;€™t covered by our 2yr and acirc;€œsupposedly everythingand acirc;€? warranty, then, charged me (without prior notification), $54.95 for coming out (which was also supposed to be covered by that warranty). Another week of laundry piles up and we are still waiting to hear who is taking care of what, and when. We make five more calls to the store managers over at Parker, and to the Presidentand acirc;€™s hotline. One manager, Nit, told us that a man by the name of Merlin from Brand Source is supposed to call us on Tuesday the 15th, to let us know when someone will be out to fix our washer and it will only cost $200. Iand acirc;€™m sorry, but I have a feeling the call wonand acirc;€™t come, and Iand acirc;€™ll be harassing Merlin next. To top it off, Iand acirc;€™m spending over $200 having a laundry service do half of my laundry, while I ruined the skin on my hands washing smaller clothes in the bathtub with detergent. After complaining for a month they took care of it, and paid us back. They gave us two 25.00 cards - which we gave away.

On April 12 at 4:30 PM We went in to the Appliance Factory store located at 2816 Colorado Blvd. I called first and talk to Laurel. I explained to her how unhappy I was with the service I was getting from one store and handed her a excellent chance to sell me a microwave, refrigerator, range and dishwasher. I talked and E-mailed her and other employees for two days. She assured me that she could meet or beat the price I had. She also said the appliance would be in stock. I even sent her the other stores prices. I went in expecting to pay my $2500.and wrap up the deal with no issues. What an easy sale for her. I was worried right away. The store is a mess and had a sleazy feel about it. I could tell right away Laurel was lying the whole time to get me in her nasty store. She never did any research She said one of the appliance she promised me was sold. We both knew she was lying. She knew I knew. When some people lie it can be so obvious So then she gets on Home Depots web site and start shopping for me. They use a giant 1980's monitor that is horrible to look at. She then fumbled around like and idiot for a while hoping I would leave in frustration witch I did. She said she would E-mail the information. Once again we both knew she was lying. We both knew that she would not send it. She didn't. Seams like everything that came out of Laurels mouth was a lie. All this to save a dollar or two? Since she liked Home Depot, we went to the Arvada location and bought our appliances there. The salesman told me that he hears shady dealing from these people all of the time. Home Depots' prices were the same as Laurels. Let me tell you this-If I had to return something or had a problem, I damm sure would rather deal with Home Depot that these liers If I would of stopped to look at Angie's list I would of seen the three reviews with the three "F"s. (Now 4 "F"s) and never of went there. Appliance Factory on Colorado Blvd Sucks! Ron Beall

Horrible , pay the extra money and go somewhere else! it isn't worth it.
Description of Work: Purchased brand new kitchen appliances and the entire process has been HORRIBLE. From mistakes on the order, parts I was not told I would need to buy until at the time of installation. Then an additional call out to a tech due to the sales person not reviewing the measurements of the space. For an additional fee and waiting 3 days, it was installed. Then the dishwasher would not close and after that repair visit, I ran my dishwasher and there was no water while the dishwater ran. Also, there were issues with new refrigerator doors not closing properly as well as the drawer. I called regarding this and got the run around and they acted as if they were doing me a favor for addressing the problem. The way in which the "managers" spoke to me was condescending and rude. They never followed up on the refrigerator issue, had to call again to get an answer an again got the run around. The amount of money I supposedly saved was not worth the hassle and the 4 days that I had to be home for the repairs that were need on items that were not even 3 weeks old. Bottom Line... Go somewhere else, the customer service is horrible and not worth the inconveniences. This did not happen when I went to a different location prior, do not go here.

I did not like anything about this company. They did not install our washer correctly because it still vibrates. They provided lousy service.

Overall this has gone poorly. The fridge/freezer has stopped cooling after only 8 months. I called last Friday and spoke to their customer service desk that handles the warranty. They told me all warranty issues have to be approved by a manager and then told me that I would get a call back the next day. At the end of the call, it was reiterated that I would "definitely" get a call back tomorrow. I did not get a call back on Saturday, so I called back on Monday. I was told that they needed to check into it and they would give me a call back, no call back Monday so I called back on Tuesday morning about 9:00am and spoke to Clark. Clark told me they were going to replace the unit and he needed to check with the warehouse and find a comparable unit and would call me back in a half hour. An hour later I had not received a call back and called back. My call went to voicemail so I left a message with my information. No one called me back by about 3pm that afternoon, so I called them again. My call was picked up and then disconnected twice in a row, maybe they recognized my number on caller ID?The third call was answered and I explained my issue yet again and I asked to speak to Clark. The call was put on hold and after 10 minutes, I gave up and hung up. I did not have time to call on Wednesday nor did I get a call. I called again on Thursday at lunch time and spoke to Christina. She told me that Clark was not available, but she would go check his desk to see what was happening with my warranty, this gave me some measure of hope. After a little while on hold Christina informed me that my order was with the inventory manager and that he would look for a comparable unit in the warehouse and if they did not have one they would have to start looking around at the stores. I asked how long that would take and she said an hour for the inventory manager to determine if they had a unity in stock for me. She told me she would call me and let me know when she found out. Thursday evening I had not received a call back. Not once. I sent an email to them stating I would be posting a review on Angie?s List, BBB, Yelp, and wherever else I could. Two days later they called and scheduled the delivery for the following Monday 9/27. I received my replacement Kenmore refrigerator on September 27th. Unfortunately, it is broken and freezes everything in the fridge. I though maybe it was set to high, and so I lowered the setting on the fridge and gave it 24 hours to adjust. That did not work, so I lowered the setting on the freezer as well and gave it another 24 hours. That did not work either. On Monday, I called and spoke with Stephanie at about 9:30am. She said that she would call me back within a half hour. By 4:30pm I had not recieved a call and called back. I spoke with Clark and he said that he would look into getting something done and call me back by 10:30am Tuesday. It is now Wednesday night and I have not received a call back. This is getting old.
Description of Work: I purchased a used refrigerator, delivery, and warranty from them.
