Rude, greedy, and predatory. They wanted to charge $450 after an hour that resulted in no diagnosis and no repair. Then they offered to fixed the problem for $1400 - in addition to the $450 - by installing a new zone - where a zone already exists. A request for feedback was sent to me. When I responded, they sent rude replies that didn't address the problem of overcharging. Instead they talk about how wonderful they are and point out that I'm the problem. Strange. The true character of a business is shown during these types of situations. Reputable companies are accountable and understand how to turn a mishandled event into a win-win situation. Scammers are defensive and use tactics to divert attention away from taking responsibility for their actions.

It is such a pleasant surprise when a service provider does what they say they will do, and for the original price quoted. When I bought my house, the sprinkler system was in rough shape, and needed some upgrading. The guys at Apex Irrigation were knowledgable about my type of system, made suggestions for improving it, and completely fulfilled the job.

Dave answered the phone my first time calling and set up an appointment. The lawn technician called when he was on his way to my house. When he arrived (within the initial time window), he introduced himself and started working. He was courteous and removed his shoes when entering my house. He was careful to close doors behind him so my kids or dog wouldn't escape. He worked very efficiently and was professional and courteous. The price of $50 for the sprinkler blow out was cheaper than most other companies ($60-75), and Apex did a great job. I'll hire them again and already referred them to my mom!

Dave answered his own phone and set up an appointment about five days out. He showed up at the appointed time frame and called before he came. He was very pleasant and friendly. Dave seems equipped with the tools and equipment he needs to properly do the job efficiently. He is a hard worker with the knowledge to get the job done efficiently and economically. I will definitely use him in the future.

Dave was a pleasure to work with. We had set up a date, then he called to see if I was available a few days earlier as he would be in my area sooner than anticipated. A bonus for me and my new plants! He came highly recommended from two other people. He knows his stuff, and is an independent local contractor (I like to support local).
