Description of Work: I am looking for an exterminator right now and I saw this company on your list and could not resist adding my comments. We used them 2-3 years ago when a woodpecker pecked holes in our wall and admitted a family of squirrels into our attic. They were reasonably attentive though the price of service was high. But then the following spring we had more holes. I called and said this whole cycle was going to start again; they told me of another customer who had far more holes in their wall then I did, and indicated they couldn't get there for over a week. All they did when they came was patch a hole so of course the woodpecker opened another one. Their decoys and sprays didn't work at all. They were rude and uncaring. We ended up replacing the siding on our house, a far bigger price but at least we solved the problem. This company was truly upsetting to work with.

+ -1 moreMy Aspens were sprayed, with the plan I would call back in one week if the problem was not solved. I called in one week, with the promise of a return visit to spray with a different chemical. After one month, the technician has not returned, and my phone calls are going unanswered.
Description of Work: Sprayed my Aspen trees for wasps.
