A little hard getting the schedule figured out. When we finally set a date Ian and crew gave me a 20 minute heads up, arrived, were courteous and quick. A bit more clean up around gutters and on roof would have been good.

My appt was scheduled for the day after initial contact. Ian was on time, professional, courteous and did a great job.

Hired Andy's for gutter cleaning. They were a little hard to schedule with, but great customer service. Once an appointment was made, they were prompt and thorough. Gave me some good advice on what kind of gutter guards would be best for the house. Altogether a good experience.

I asked to have my windows cleaned inside and out, including the screens. Evidently the communication between the person doing the cleaning and the person whom I spoke to was lacking. He cleaned my windows inside and out, but the screens were not removed. So now I have a clean window on one side only. The screens did not get touched. I paid $175.00 for the job which was too much for what I got!
