I did not have the same experience as others. I did not think that Andy was very professional, he and his assistant 'invaded' my home, moved things all over the place, put nothing back, talked to my husband part of the time while he was trying to work and over looked parts of the screens and left my window sills full or dirt and soot, I guess that costs extra to have the job done completely. They also drug screens into the house and set them on my wood floors while they were still wet and dripping water. Andy was more expensive than anyone else I have hired for window cleaning and I was disappointed. Won't hire them again.

All that was left to do was the cleaning of the window sills. The windows and the screens were cleaned but the window sills were not touched. Not until he left did I look at windows closely and noticed the window sills weren’t touched. And they were pretty dirty. I don’t know if it was because I didn’t know enough to ask for it to be done, that is, to see if it was offered as an itemized procedure. I had to clean all the window sills myself. So next time I will have to ask what’s included and what the cost is for additional cleaning. Our previous window washer cleaned everything. I’ll put this on me.
