Arrived on time, could improve service with more attention to details, some windows not cleaned around edges but overall a satisfactory project.

They did really good work, but there is room for a little bit of improvement.They used a window screen washing machine that cleaned our screens; but after they dried, we had to hand reclean them a bit. The machine didn't get all of the dirt off. Additionally; it left a bit of dirty water residue on of the window seals. I would still recommend them, they had great customer service and do provide good work otherwise.

Andy let me know that my gutters were not too bad and adjusted the rate accordingly. It was very honest. The whole process was quick and pain-free, and there were several different payment methods available.

Had to reschedule because of the blizzard, the follow- up by this company was terrific. I needed the gutters and down spouts cleared before a painting project later this Spring. The service was efficient and knowledgeable. Price was fair. I will consider having them do my windows when painting is done.

In an attempt to take care of some house cleaning at a significant level while my wife was out of town I contacted Andy. He was able to make last minute changes to work us in and his company provided excellent service. Great work. Last minute accommodations. Completely professional. First and last place I ll go in the future for window cleaning.

Andy and his assistant did an excellent job, cleaned my gutters and valleys of accumulated leaves and ensured good water flow off the roof. They picked up all the debris and took it away, which was better than some services I have used in the past. We had to postpone the original appointment due to snow and then generally agreed to the week after Thanksgiving, but Andy called a week earlier on Monday that he would arrive at my home in about 30 minutes. That was a surprise, but turned out to be fine because I was home waiting for another repair man. It could have been a problem otherwise.
