I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Rudy came out the day after I called to give me a quote which I had by the end of the day. We were closing on the house about 3 weeks later and I was able to prebook a time for the fence to be constructed prior to moving in. I ended up having travel difficulties the day the fence work started and was not in town, but Marco called to confirm the project, began work and completed it without me even being in town. The fence construction is excellent and beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Rudy and Marco...

They arrived at the promised time, took down old fence and gate. Put new posts in cement and then built new fence and gate. Cleaned up area when done and left. I thought I would hear from someone that day, but I didn't hear from then for over a week. I am happy with fence, it looks very nice. They also did not contact me, I had to call and leave them a message to please give me a call, left message that I had bought a Groupon for new fence. Then someone called and we set date and time for estimate. Rudy came to house and was very nice and professional.

Marco and his team were all very professional and detail oriented. Rudy, the estimator, was on time for his appt. and completed his estimate in a timely manner. Upon acceptance of their contract, Marco contacted me with a date for install. He and his crew were on time on the date he stated. His crew started immediately on the project and worked diligently until the project was finished to our satisfaction.

The company returned phone messages promptly, arrived exactly on time, did a GREAT job, and even volunteered to help us move some old fencing, that was not included in the project. They were helpful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and everything one could want in a contractor. I would definitely go to them again for a fence

Marco and two helpers arrived at 9 am and quickly removed the old fence. They worked continuously throughout the day and by the end of the day they had replaced almost 200 linear feet of wood fencing with top cap, sound barriers, and two new additional gates. Finished before dark, all of the old fencing was removed. Marco came back the next day to finish a few details. Very high quality of workmanship. Would strongly recommend Marco to anyone and would use his firm again. Can't say too many good things about his work!

Everything went perfectly! Rudy was on-time and very professional when he came to measure. He was very responsive to questions and requests and was always very nice. I requested a different type of nail be used and my request was accomodated with no problem at all. Marco and his crew did a fantastic job--they completed the fence in one day, and it is very well done. They matched my existing fence and made suggestions that improved the overall look of the fence. Great attention to detail! And, they cleaned up when they were finished. Americo was also the low bid, which I never would have expected. I highly recommend this company.

Rudy came by, was punctual, and gave me a really appropriate price. Additionally, when I explained that I needed him to put me on the calendar as soon as he could, because I has having trouble with my dog escaping the yard, he made a special effort and they started immediately, working late in the day when they probably could have been heading home. The fence was up promptly, looks great, is very sturday and the fence gate has an 'anti-dog' latch, so even my escape artist dog can't open it without opposable thumbs. Couldnt be better.

These guys are the best! The estimator arrived on time and provided me a competitive bid on my fence replacement job. Once we signed the contract I was told that they would be out in 2-3 weeks which proved to be accurate. Marco called to schedule the install and was so prompt he was actually waiting on me to get home from work! There were a TON of bushes, weeds, rocks and trees in the way as we have an older home but that didn't stop them. They even saved my wall climbing vines that were many years old! When we mentioned that we wanted to close off a corner of the lot because our cats were escaping through a gate, Marco came up with a great solution. No way our cats are getting out now, and the neighborhood animals won't get in, either. Once the job was done (very promptly) they cleaned up after themselves well, leaving all my yard debris just where I asked.mthe service and quality doesn't get any better!

Granted, it is spring/summer and they must be very busy but they did not return my calls or even have a live person to answer the phone. Looking for someone else.

Americo Fence Co. had a great price. They did the work when they said they'd do it. They came back and fixed something that they did wrong.

This company must be too busy to need new customers. Don't waste your time.

Marco and his team knocked out the fence in 2 days. Perfectly level, great quality wood. Some of the brand new fences in our neighborhood are not level on level ground. Our yard was tricky and sloped with a big tree on the lot line. Marco leveled it perfect and built right through the tree and looks terrific. Saved about 1500 by using him vs. competitors with lower ratings.

My experience with Americo was great from the start. I contacted 5 companies for bids and Rudy provided the lowest quote. I was skeptical but their reviews on Angie's List speak for themselves. Rudy was also one of the few who wanted to conduct the bid on-site which I appreciated. For the actual work, Marco and his crew showed up on time and were done within 5 hours! They work extremely fast but do not compromise on quality. I am very happy with the completed project and the price that I paid.

I had a very postive experience with Americo Fencing. Rudy quickly returned my call for an estimate to repair my fence. He arrived on time for our appointment. He was easy going and professional and explained what he thought needed to be done to repair the fence. I knew the fence was not the best quality and asked him if I needed to replace the whole fence. He told me that he certainly could sell me a new fence but that in his opinion, the fence could be repaired and last me more years. I really appreciated his honesty and that he didn't try to hard sell me. He gave me a reasonable estimate and told me Marco would call to arrange a date for the repair work. Marco called within a few days we arranged a time and date to do the work. Marco and his helper arrived on time and quickly and neatly made the repairs to my fence. The fence is now straight and the gates work perfectly. I would recommend Americo fence to my friends.

It went very well. They built the fence exactly as I wanted it and you can tell it is very high quality. It was a little over my budget but totally worth it - you get what you pay for! Marco definitely knows his fencing. My only complaint is that it was a long wait before they could start (I put down a deposit on 2/19, they weren't able to start until 3/22). However, with snow etc. I understand (once they got started they finished very quickly though). The communication back and forth could have been better, but certainly not a deal breaker. If you need a high quality fence and can afford to wait - go with Americo - you won't regret it!

Every aspect of the process met my expectations. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. The estimator and the 2 workers who came out and replaced the sections of fence were on time, performed the work as promised, and cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend Americo and I will use them again if I need further fence work.

A brief review just to resonate other peoples experiences: Rudi provided an estimate that was a fair price for the job. Marco came and performed the work, he came almost a week sooner than they initially had suggested, because we had no fence to the alley so they listened to our request. Fence seems to be built well and was tied in beautifully to the neighbors' fence. Marco was pleasant and very professional. Highly recommended!

Although our fence is only 4 years old, it was poorly constructed. Last summer, Marco worked on our fence and warned us at the time that we could expect more posts to work themselves loose. He was right, so we asked him to come back this summer. As usual, he was good about setting expectations, and since our situation wasn't urgent, we were fine with waiting until he could squeeze us in. His crew showed up on time, did a great job, and completely cleaned up after themselves. I was happy with his recommendation to replace the loose 4x4 gate post with a 4x6, which would provide appropriate strength to hold up the heavy gate. For an extra $25, it felt like a bargain. And because the bottom of the gate was scraping against the ground, his crew trimmed it perfectly so it's even better than new. The price was reasonable, the quality of the work was great, and the service was very good. Whether I was getting a fence replaced or repaired, I wouldn't want anyone but Marco to do it.
