No one bothered to ever reply to my request so nothing at all was done.

We needed two old fences removed and replaced. One was a split rail, the other a privacy fence. They arrived when they said they would, went right to work and completed the job on time. The guys were very helpful with explaining their process and answering my questions. We really like our new fences and have had several positive comments from neighbors and friends.

From start to finish, the guys at Americo Fence Company were outstanding. They were quick to respond when we called, and their estimator was prompt and thorough. We received an affordable estimate within 24 hours, and after shopping around to more than half a dozen other fence companies, nobody could beat Americo's products or price. Moreover, when the guys came to install the fence, they were incredibly polite and courteous, even humoring my two-year-old son who was constantly wanting to show off his toy car. They arrived when they said they would, finished the job quickly, and left no mess behind. Other companies said they would need to leave the dirt from the holes they would dig, but Americo took it with them. When they hit a sprinkler line (which is almost inevitable), they fixed it. I was also really impressed with their customer service and commitment to making the customer happy; when I was initially dissatisfied with one minor part of the fence (that resulted from a simple miscommunication), they were responsive and fixed it immediately without question. Without a doubt, I will recommend Americo Fence Company to anyone needing a new fence.

Couldn't be happier with our decesion to use Americo. They came out quickly to provide a bid and were able to schedule the install very quickly. They showed up on time and finished the work in about a day and half. Fence looks great! Thank you.

Rudy Michalke was the estimater. He came out and gave us what I considered to be a fair estimate. A few weeks later, the installers came and replaced our fence. Looks to me like they did an excellent job in repairing our fence in about 3-4 hours. I would recommend this company whole-heartedly.

Americo was worlds different from others out there. They called me back quickly and scheduled an estimate the next day. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Other contractors had turned me away because it was a small job. The estimate was very close with what I was expecting and the work was extremely well done. I would recomend Americo to anyone needing fence work done; wether a large or small project.

Americo fence did a great job from the beginning to the end. When Rudy came out and gave me the estimate, he was on time and very knowledgeable, so I was confident Americo was going to do a fantastic job. When the owner, Marco, showed up with his crew to start the job, he asked a lot of questions about the fence project, so there was no room for error. He was very detailed and friendly. I was very impressed with how fast they completed the project. They were done by the end of the day, and the fence looked great. The best part was the gate. It is very solid with robust hinges and a heavy duty latching system.If I ever need any additional fence work, I'll be calling Americo.

I called and left messages 2 days in a row at different times of the day. No response. No one answers the phone and no one calls back.

Original contract called for 241 feet of fence,on written contract I cancelled 60 feet of fence and said to install the remaining 176 ft. of fence.Upon completion 176 ft were installed and I was charged for 241 ft.Marco from Americo said I was only charged for 176ft,the original contract proves otherwise.I paid for the 241 feet to remove the intimidation of Marko from my property.

We had a wonderful experience with Americo Fence Company. Rudy was very quick to return my initial phone call. He also made himself available within a few days to walk the property with my husband. As soon as we closed on our house, Marco was out there right away installing the fence. We have been very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Americo Fence Company.

Rudy came out and gave me the estimate and said they were about 7-10 days out. I received a call from Marco 4 days later and said they could do the installation that morning. That was fine with me and Antonio arrived at the house, he was very polite, asked me a few questions about where I wanted the post placed and which way I wanted the gate to swing open and after he completed the job...he asked me if it was to my satisfaction. He did a great job and I will be using them again.

They are friendly and they work fast. They ask for homeowners input on different parts of the project.

Rudy was very professional and timely in conducting the on-site visit and producing a competitively-priced estimate. The demolition/construction personnel were skilled, easy to work with, and cleaned up after themselves. The finished fence is very satisfactory.

I was looking for a very specific cedar fence design. I had read many positive reviews about Americo, but was concerned that they had not constructed this type of design before. When I spoke with Rudy at Americo, he assured me they would have no problem matching the design. We set an appointment for Rudy to come out to survey the property and provide an estimate. He was on time and very attentive to my concerns. I supplied him with a picture of the fence style I was looking for and I had an estimate the following day. Americo was able to schedule me to begin the build within seven days. Marco, who does the on site construction, was wonderful. Once we started the lay out, we discovered the property grade was a little more dramatic than I had anticipated. I was adamant the visual top line of the fence had to be level. Marco was able to offer several suggestions on how to achieve this. Total construction time, 2 days. Marco and his team were amazing. In this case, I knew exactly what I wanted, but didn?t want to pay an arm and a leg to achieve it. Americo was able to understand my vision and concerns and deliver against them impeccably. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a fencing project.

The job went very well and they did a very nice job. The fence looks beautiful and the quality of the materiel and work is exceptional. They had their work cut out removing an old 3 foot chain link fence that had been in place for 30 years. They were able to set the new metal posts a worthwhile upgrade while leaving the old fence in place allowing my dogs and the neighbors dogs to stay within our yards until the new fence was ready to go in a few days later. The side gate they built is really well done using a metal frame to support the structure and looks very nice. Overall I am very pleased with my new fence and get lots of positive compliments from the neighbors.

Tough install due to the weather. Very flexible and worked will with my general contractor. Americo is my go to fence company.

I put in a phone call to get an estimate--got an answering machine. Left a message and no one ever bothered to return my call.

I contacted Americo about replacing a portion of my fence and a vehicle gate. We agreed on a time for him to come out, as I would not be there. When I got home I found an actual drawn estimate that showed what work was to be done and the cost of each portion. While I did decide to go with another service provider, I was very impressed with his punctuality and the detail of the estimate and the price as well.

Americo Fence Co. arrived promptly on job day and completed the entire project in one day. The crew worked very hard with few breaks and were totally experienced in fence construction. The fence is totally straight and solid and is of good quality material. They left no messes and gave us a good price, compared with the other estimates from other companies. When I need another wooden fence, I will not hesitate to call Marco and his crew from Americo Fence. Co.

I live in a duplex that had a shared yard with a very large old tree that sits right in the middle on the property line of both properties. I had American Fence Co come do an estimate for a fence and to discuss ideas abut fencing around the tree. Rudy, with American Fence Co. was very nice and accomidating and gave us a fair qoute. Once we decided to hire American Fence Co. the work was competed in a day. I was very happy with the way they were able to shape the fence right up to the tree and create a completely private and fenced in back yard. I would definitley recommend this company and hire them again. The work is professional, timely, and they were very easy to work with.

Our gates leading into the back yard were not working properly and one of them had fallen down. I Called for an estimate and received a call back within 24 hours. They were able to come and give an estimate within a few days and provided a quote on site. I called 4 or 5 companies and Americo was the only company to provide a quote at time of estimate, Rudy arrived early to perform the estimate and was professional. It was important that we get the gates fixed before the Labor Day holiday and Rudy and Marco were able to get us on the schedule in less than a week after calling to accept the estimate. The job was scheduled for a Monday and Marco called Wed/Thursday before to let me know that everything was on schedule to start on Monday. I had bad cell phone reception but was able to send a text to Marco and he confirmed they would be at the house at 8:30. Monday morning around 8:00 am I received a message that they were running late but were on their way. I really appreciated Marco contacting me to let me know they would be late. Marco and team arrived around 9:30 and we did a walk through as to what was going to be done, confirmed the way I wanted the gates to swing open and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Marco gave me an estimated time on when they would be done with the project. The team was friendly and professional. They finished the fence in less time then estimated and cleaned up the area after they were done. The fence looks great and the gates open and close with ease. The whole team was extremely professional.
