Description of Work: This company was quick to schedule me for a move, since they were in the area. Were to arrive at 2pm, I waited until 2:30, finally called the owner, left message, moving van people called said they were running late and would be there in 15-20 minutes. Couldn't wait, had to go to work, cancelled order. They should have called if they knew they were running late. I was docked 15 minutes at work.
