Alpine was able to schedule the inspection very quickly. They came when scheduled, did the inspection, discussed what they had seen and made suggestions as to why the problem occurred. They also provided a DVD of the inspection for future reference and historical documentation. I had a couple of questions after a few days. I called Alpine, they answered immediately and took all the time necessary to discuss my various questions. In short Alpine was very prompt and very professional.

I was having issues with a clogged waste water pipe and after a failed cleaning, called Alpine Sewer Inspection to help me investigate the issue. Alpine was beyond professional in both their manner of dress and speech, and also utilized top quality equipment (I'd never seen plumbers use such professional and clean equipment!). They quickly and easily scoped our pipes with a camera, determined the location of the blockage, and left us with a video DVD of the process. All of this for such a competitive price! I was so happy with their work that when we went under contract on a new home a couple of weeks later, I called them up to provide us with a sewer scope, and again was again equally impressed. I would recommend these guys to anyone buying a house, or looking to get their pipes scoped with a camera. Top quality!
