I was able to book online which was very convenient. The house looked really clean after they were done. This was their first time at our place so my estimate of how many hours they needed was off. Going forward they suggested the number of hours it would take to clean.

Found them on Angie's List and called. I was able to get a cleaning scheduled within 2 days, which was perfect. I could have done next day, but that didn't fit my schedule. The day of the cleaning they even showed up early. They were friendly, thorough, and quick. I am pretty particular when it comes to keeping things clean and organized, and I was very satisfied.

They showed up, early; ready to go. They did a really nice job. Definitely will hire them again.

Great service was professional

We've used several maid services over the years, but each has brought us some level of dissatisfaction. The maid from Alpine performed a solid cleaning, and was courteous the whole time. One of the reasons we elected to try Alpine after so many poor experiences elsewhere is that they perform background checks on their employees, and it's also clear that they value each employee. That means a lot, because it speaks to the quality of the overall business. Their web presence is also very professional, and offers information on all aspects of the business and their offerings. We have now used them multiple times and intend to become a longterm customer.

To get a quote from them you have to book and give them your credit card number, all without knowing their price. Who wants to buy something without knowing the price?

Amazing service! I have sued them a few times now, and I really appreciate that this company responds IMMEDIATELY to requests. I have never experienced this level of customer support from a maid service. I love their online booking and customer portal as well. I really appreciate their products. They weren't overly smelly. I asked the owner about them, and they are apparently made just for Alpine Maids by another Denver company. The owner was nice enough to supply me with my own bottle so I could keep up with things between visits. Their products are amazing! I want one of their vacuums too! I have finally found the best maid service in Denver. I'd highly recommend them to anybody looking for a recurring or deep cleaning!

The cleaner showed up on time. My wife and I are very happy with the service. She did a very good job, and most of all she was very efficient and very professional. We now have recurring service with Alpine Maids.

Easy to order, all handled on their website...no need to call anyone or talk to anyone. Didn't even have to be home. 2nd time I've used their services and both times I was really pleased with the work done. They will organize stuff for you, dusting, make the bed, vacuum, clean toliets/tubs, all the stuff you would expect. You can order extra things...first time I got my oven cleaned, looked like new. Will definitely use them again in a few weeks. Maybe slightly more than I would like to spend, but worth the convenience in my book.

Amazing. Best experience I've ever had with a cleaning service. It is very clear that the owner, Chris, cares deeply about his customers experience. Once, he even showed up personally to clean because all of his staff was booked. They just understand what makes a good cleaning service... Attention to detail, painless booking online, and lots of options for future discounts. I've used Alpine Maids three times now, once for a move-out service, and twice in our new place. I'll never use another cleaning service as long as Alpine Maids exists.

We have been using Alpine Maids since Jan 2016 and I continue to be pleased with their service. We've had a couple of bumps along the way - a mistaken lock out, a scheduling mishap - but Chris was very responsive each time and everything was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. While no one wants to have any kind of issue, I'm kind of glad we did because it showed me that Chris is communicative and willing to address a problem. My trust is important to him and supporting a local business is important to me; I look forward to trusting Chris and Alpine Maids in my home for years to come.

I obtained quotes from several house cleaning companies and decided to give Alpine Maids a try for several reasons. 1. Their website was easy to navigate and their rates are easy to understand. Didn't have to hassle with scheduling a cleaning quote before scheduling the actual cleaning because their rates are posted right on their website. The owner Chris was available to answer all of my pesky questions through their website's chat tool. 2. Big plus for me was that they work on Saturdays and I wanted to be home while their crew cleaned. I've never had a cleaning service before and was pretty apprehensive about leaving my house alone to strangers. They have a very flexible and easy to work with schedule. 3. First cleaning appt. No idea what to expect. The cleaning crew showed up, cleaned my big 3 bedroom house from top to bottom. I didn't see them taking any breaks, chit chatting or cutting any corners. Although they were not as thorough as I had expected (I'm picky, sorry.), I called Chris and he was very apologetic. He offered to have them come back to touch up. I declined because it was not that big of deal and said to just let them know for next time. I'm all about 2nd chances. 4. The 2nd cleaning appt was a month later as planned. The same cleaning crew showed up and did an even better job. They made sure that I was satisfied before leaving. They worked seamlessly and were very thorough. I was doing laundry while they cleaned and placed bed sheets on my bed to put on after they were gone. They made my bed up without even being asked. That's a major plus in my book. Going above and beyond my expectations! I'm impressed and highly recommend these guys.

On my first visit, I had to contact the owner with a question and couldn't believe the prompt response I received. He was incredibly professional and made sure I was completely taken care of. The same team comes back to clean my house each week and they are so friendly. They always 'chat' with my 2 year old and still thoroughly clean the house in around 2.5 hours. The efficiency is much appreciated when you've got a little one to entertain and can only find so many errands to get him out of the way. Quality isn't sacrificed either. The flat rate pricing is another reason I like this company. There's no hidden fees or surprises. You know exactly what you're going to pay and it doesn't require an initial consult like some other companies. Last but not least, online booking is another great feature. You can quickly reschedule a cleaning, leave notes to the crew (like how to get in the house if you're not home) or ask them not to clean certain rooms on a given week. It's nice when businesses keep up with the conveniences of technology.

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing this company was. I needed a very thorough deep cleaning done for my parents house in Denver. The owner, Chris was able to let me know exactly what I would need and kept me in the loop the entire way. The maids showed up and were locked out of the house, but were able to get the extra key from our neighbors. This set them back about 30 minutes, but there was no extra charge, and I was updated of the situation as it occurred They did an amazing job of cleaning, and got all the grime that has been neglected for years by the maids we used before. We will be signing up with alpine maids regularly. You absolutely get what you pay for, and this service goes above and beyond.
