The only problem is if you are not there during the time of the service, they will only spray the outside of the home. The focus really needs to be on the inside of the home. They are professional. I was kind of disappointed like, we have had ongoing issues with ants. I felt that if I was not there, they didn't treat it thoroughly as I would have liked them to have treated more areas of the house without being necessarily having it requested. One time, when I wasn't there, they just treated one area. They have a feature to take care of our pets, which was important for me. I am on a bi-monthly schedule and it seems pretty expensive for how much time they were there compared to how much I was paying. Sometimes, they won't be here for even 15 minutes. They are knowledgeable. I like the idea that they treat seasonally. They know what they are doing. It just seems really expensive. If I need them to come out, I can get them out, they are pretty quick. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.
