Great communication, courteous, prompt, honest, a handshake transaction, very fair pricing, especially considering the incredible quality of the work and that he had to bring in scaffolding for the high ceiling. He responded to my inquiry about his services the same day I called, Jan 5. 2022. He came up to our home in Evergreen on the 7th to look at the work we needed. He came with his crew the following Monday, the 10th.They were finished with the job on that Thursday, and Javier came up with his wife the next day, Friday, and cleaned all morning We had a bad experience with a different company doing a really bad texture job on our walls. It was a mess. We were tired of the dust the other company made when working and then the mess they left us with. Javier removed the old texture without sanding, did a skim coat, and then hand trowel textured our walls and ceilings in a master bath, master bedroom, and hall bath. They did samples of texture for us to pick from, and helped us pick the appropriate texture....we wanted something not too heavy. Would definitely hire again!

I did one review for Javier already, but it only showed that he skimmed our walls when he actually started from the stud and insulation. He did an amazing job with the drywall and finish. I knew I was very pleased with his work but it wasn't until the painter starter painting the walls that I realized how good it was. My painter told me that normally the corners are tricky to make the paint look right but that these walls were perfect and all he had to do was the same straight line all the way across.

I would highly recommend Javier and his team. We started with a small project for which he went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly and on budget. He did so well that we used them again and the quality of work was once again above expectation. Javier has earned our trust and respect with his consultative approach, great work ethic, and reliability. With so many shady contractors looking to make a fast buck for poor work quality at a homeowner's expense, I can not endorse Javier enough that he is a true professional.

Javier and his team are incredible - they truly saved the day when our original contractors botched drywall mudding and painting. Javier contracted to re-mud, paint, as well as complete our bathroom and fireplace tile. Javier is very responsive, details oriented, shows up regularly to check the work and jumps in when needed. Javier and all his teams are so kind and professional. I can't recommend Javier and Allstate enough!

Javier and his crew did a great job. He was very quick to respond and to schedule the work quickly. They completed my drywall install, taping patching, and mud in 2 days. The finished product came out top quality. Very professional and skilled crew.
