Description of Work: I was so impressed with company. I had called on a Saturday and left a message with the operator. At 8:30 on Monday morning th company called me and arranged to have an electrician come out a couple hours later. I just had him put up an electrical fixture. The electrician was prompt, professional and courteous. I was very impressed!

Description of Work: We had some switch problems with a ceiling fan. We called several companies but AllStar responded back, even on the weekend. He walked my husband through the problem and we were able to fix it ourselves.We will definitely call them in the future as needed.

Description of Work: Replaced fluorescent fixtures in kitchen. Well done and quick. Also tok a look at an outdoor flood and got that working for nothing.

Description of Work: Made an appointment and they were a no call no show. It was a day of a snowstorm so I would have understood if the company was running late, but they never called or showed up.

Description of Work: My outside lighting transformer was staying on 24/7 even though I had replaced the timer. It was scorching hot to the touch. Marc, of Allstar, came out and was very thorough and worked through the system trying to figure out what was causing the problems. He didn't feel I needed a new transformer since everything tested out OK. Ended up he replace a lot of bulbs that were burned out in the system and it has worked fine since. He has all the information on the transformer so if the problem occurs again I can just call him and he can bring out a new transformer. It's worked fine for the two weeks since he was here.

Description of Work: Electrictian repaired two outlets and gave advice on another outlet that needs a part that we will supply. He came on time and was finished in less than an hour. A good job all around.
