It went really good, and excellent.

They were very responsive and they called me back and they came over pretty quickly. I actually called a bunch of different places and they're the only ones that responded. It was a minimum service charge but the actual change of the outlet took him about 3 minutes and if I had known what was wrong, my husband could have done it for free but we didn't know. If he could have worked through an hour for that price, I think that would be a great price.

Marc installed a new light fixture using existing wiring. He was very knowledgeable about wiring in an old house and completed the job as we requested.

The electrician (Jeff G.) called prior and arrived promptly. He was very professional and engaging. As these things go, we could not replicate the problem. In order to then rule out the obvious, he did open each switch and outlet box on that circuit and re-connected each wire from the push-ins (notorious for loosening over time and becoming a possible source of arcing) to the screw posts. There was no attempt to up-sell (e.g., new circuit breaker) and he answered this amateur electrician's questions on a few other issues I was working on. Allstar's website has a 10% labor coupon that was honored without question.

I had to phone the company several times to ask why we had not yet received the written estimate. It seemed overly long before we actually received it. As it turned out, we did not hire this company to do the work because our realtor advised against it (we are in the process of selling our home). Also the cost of the work seemed way too high, when compared with other companies' offers for comparable work. However, we may still use this company in the future if need be because I liked the owner, and he was most professional and courteous.

I called for a same day appointment. They made someone available for an appointmetn the next day. He came on time, explained the cause of power shutoff for one outlet group, Checked and replaced an outlet for an air conditioner. checked the breaker cabinet and replaced a breaker for the air conditioner outlet. He took time to answer my questions, found that most everything was in good shape and completed all tasks within the hour. Final price was very reasonable. I would gladly use their services again and recommend them without reservation.

I think it was great service, the cost and everything. He did a good job fixing it. He was able to fix it with one flat fee We were very pleased with his service. He did what needed to be done and did a good job. He definitely knew what he was doing. He was very capable.

I called after the movers delivers our furniture, and discovered the outlet was the wrong kind. They fit me in, understanding that being able to get laundry done was important! The electrician was on-time, efficient, and got it taken care of.

These guys were awesome. I remodeled my basement and was doing the contracting myself (down to the studs, adding/removing walls, moving washer/dryer/hot water heater, etc). I called Allstar among a few other companies to come and bid the electrical work. I had about 25 or 30 small electrical jobs - adding outlets and switches and running all of the wiring through the studs, etc. They suggested I work with them on an hourly basis since it would probably be more cost efficient than bidding each individual part of the job. The gave me an Angie's List discounted hourly rate too, which was awesome. I scheduled them to come in the day after the studs went up and the day before the drywall went in - any delay would have blown my whole schedule. They showed up when they said they would - first thing in the am and finished the job at 5pm the same day. The guy I had was very professional, did a great job and for a reasonable price - highly recommend.

Tom arrived on time. He was very nice helpful. Our house has some strange electrical issues, so the job of circuit tracing was probably more difficult than normal, but he stuck with it and figured everything out in the end. He also answered some other random questions I had about some electrical things in our house. Very professional, and nice and timely. Job well done. I would hire him again.

He ( Tom Lechleiter) told us that the fixture was defective. Fixed the GFI which had been wired backwards. He was very helpful and quick. We would definately get him back for more serious concerns.

My house was built in the 1970s with aluminum wiring. There have been several electrical companies telling folks in my neighborhood that the wiring is dangerous and should be replaced/repaired at a cost of thousands of dollars. When the 220V outlet in my basement smelled like it was burning, I decided to use one of of Allstar's advertised specials to have someone look at it and get an inspection done of my electrical panel. The electrician that did the inspection explained that the wiring isn't really a problem and advised against doing any unnecessary repairs. It was nice to get a straight answer with no scare tactics in order to drum up business. He was terrific - he showed up when he said he would, answered all my questions, gave me some ideas about the cost of some additional work I was considering and replaced the plug in about an hour. The next day I scheduled an appointment for the following week to get the additional work done. The same electrician showed up to do the work at the time he was scheduled, got the work done in a few hours, cleaned up the mess, all at a cost significantly less that I was expecting. I'm really pleased with my experience with Allstar. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend their services!

Consequently, we called Allstar on the basis of their reviews on Angies List. Gary Stone spoke to us personally and, to his credit, indicated that the problem could be the appliance or electrical. We decided to move forward on the electrical front first, so he said he could have someone come between 10 and noon (about 2 hours from the call). 90 minutes later, Jeff showed up (he called prior to his arrival) and diagnosed the problem as a loose wire in the breaker that caused discoloration in the screw, likely caused by excessive heat through arcing. Jeff had a spare breaker in his van, changed out the breaker, and was complete in 30 minutes. We received the Angies List rate (thank you, Angies List). Although the true test of a service provider is when the problem is complex - our problem was not so complicated - we are very pleased with Allstar Electrical and will use them in the future.

I called AllStar Electric and was able to get a next-day appointment in the time frame that worked into my busy schedule. The office staff was friendly and professional. Chris gave me a call when he left his prior appointment, giving me a heads-up as to his estimated time of arrival. When the job was finished, Chris cleaned up what little mess he made. All in all, it was a very positive service experience.

I called a few companies from Angie's List and All-Star were the quickest to respond. They asked where I'd found them and when I said "Angie's List" they informed me the service call would be at a discounted rate due to that. I thought it was very nice they let me know this because I otherwise would not have. The Technician was on time (actually early by a day as they had an opening and squeezed us in), found the issue quickly, and fixed it. He did a great job at explaining what he was doing as well. Since we recently moved into this house, it was great to get some background on the electrical side of things, and also some education of how things were run, besides All-Star fixing the issue itself. I would not hesitate to both use All-Star again, or recommend them.

My week started with half of the electricity out in my house. Xcel came and found they had a major issue but also revealed a dangerous situation with my breaker box. I needed to get my box replaced. Xcel said their repairs would take two days and I wanted to get my box done in the same frame. I started looking on the internet and decided Angie's List was the way to go. Angie's list gave me several companies to compare and I call 5 to get estimates. The moment I spoke with Gary Stone at All Star Electrical I felt at ease. He listed to my problem and asked me to email him pictures of my breaker box. He was the only one who didn't just throw me a number sight unseen. Gary looked at the pictures I sent and told me the repair would be $800 - $1000. He also told me he could reassign a crew and have them to my house the next morning. I was impressed with Gary's knowledge and the detail he explained the repair process and my possible options. I told him to go ahead and schedule the repair. The next morning at 7:30 the crew from All Star Electrical was at my door. The technician told me Gary wanted him the check out my box and provide a more accurate estimate vs the one Gary provided based on my pictures and phone info. 15 minutes later the tech provided a revised estimate of $850 - $1100. I told him to go ahead and start the repairs. The technician and his helper went straight to work. There did a fantastic job keeping me up to pace on the repairs as it did require them to turn of the electricity to my home for several hours. They worked all day and took the extra time to label each breaker and ensure all outlets where functioning in my house. With all of the work completed the technician went over the final bill with me. The final bill was actual lower than his original estimate. All Star Electrical did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others for their electrical needs.

They came the day after I called. Dan was friendly, professional and competent. He called before he arrived. Fixing the fixture required some imagination and knowledge. It was a pleasant experience. The price was right. I'll use them again.

The guy was very professional, very knowing and very knowledgeable. I was impressed. The prices are a little higher because they charge to come to guys in Denver. He was great and fast. He was just clean and cleaned up his own mess. When he came in the house, he took his shoes off. He was good and respectful.
