This is the 2nd time we have used this company - we called because our first experience with them was wonderful. Mark Ford came this time to our house - he was wonderful. He was actually early but called me to make sure that was okay and that I would be home. He helped me install a new chandelier over our dining table - including helping me put it together and ensuring it was straight and looked nice. He was attentive to details. I really appreciated that. He helped change out a switch for me so we could put our front porch on a timer. Then we was very honest in his assessment of how much work/ cost it would be to install a new outlet in our sun room and to install a motion sensor light off our front porch. I have been so impressed with this company - I will definitely be calling them again in the future when I need an electrician!

We were very impressed with the owner, Gary's knowledge and professionalism and chose his company for our job. The technician that originally came out had some trouble with the job. However, Gary was quick to get in touch to remedy the situation. He personally came out to complete the work, and did an outstanding job! Gary went above and beyond to provide excellent service! We could not have asked for a better experience.

I called and was able to have an appointment on the same day. They were on-time, friendly and completed the job in about 3 hrs. My only complaint that I have is that they broke through the dry wall in one place as the wall was too thin. I would however use them again and plan to for landscape lighting and electrical work for my garage.

It was easy work for him and only took a couple of hours. My wife watched the whole time to see how it was going. The only thing I didn't like was the driving cost fee.

Jason, the electrician was neat, on time, and reasonably priced. Overall, rather impressed with his professionalism.

It is very possible that the email in question was lost so I won't review at this time.

Start to finish is was as smooth as could be. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends. They were professional, friendly, and Adam did a great job!

Overall it went very smoothly. He was prepared, had all the materials he needed to complete the work. I would definitely recommend him.

These guys are the best, great customer service, friendly, on-time, highly skilled and knowledgeable electricians. Not only would I use them again, but I am using them again to put in my sub-panel for my kiln room.

It went well. The installation took less than a half an hour. It is one of those services that I am not sure how it works. It is possible that it has been working without me knowing it. They had an electrician come in and the installation was clean. I would recommend them, and I will call them in the future for possibly doing more work.

Gary came and did the quote after I had to cancel our first appointment at the last minute. Really nice guy, was on time and very professional. A contractor then came in and did the work, who was also very nice and professional. The end cost pretty much came in as quoted, which was good considering our home is 90 years old and extra work/research needed to be done to get the project done. My suggestion is to definitely hire these guys. But, don't be like me and reschedule at the last minute- they were really nice about it but overall its a pretty inconsiderate thing to do considering they are so punctual and time conscious. I found it took about 12 hours for them to get my message (think they use a call service, you don't reach them directly), so if you need to reschedule do so at least ~24 hours beforehand.

The electrician showed up EARLY, and did a great job.

I have been having trouble for two summers with our airconditioning units shutting down(we have two due to size of house) I have had heating and a/c companies out ( charging us for "summer maintenance" and other expensive excuses etc). The units would still shut down erratically. We also would lose power in various outlets and lights. I would tell technicians that when I would adjust the thermostat ,off and on, that the outlets seemed to go out also. They would tell me the two were not related. I finally joined Angie's list and called Allstar Electric. A very professional man, Mark ,came out within two hours. He listened to me and didn't treat me like some dumb female. He discovered I had a problem with wiring in a subpanel breaker and the two problems WERE related. I am very pleased and will be using them always. RE

The company was prompt and professional. The Chris was identified to me, as the service tech, when I made the appointment and call just before he arrived. I originally called Sundog Electric who couldn?t make the appointment, as they were booked up for two weeks, and recommend Allstar Electric.

Our landscape lighting had three low-voltage lights that no longer worked. AllStar Electrical not only replaced the light fixtures with superior fixtures but they also covered up the wires under our stones. They also found the bad splice in the other light, which apparently has always been bad because now the light is shining much brighter than ever before.

This is the second time working for this company: they schedule work quickly, show up on time, and seem to do things right the first time. A very hassle free experience.

I called and they came out the same day. He was great, walked me through what he needed to do and gave me an estimate before starting. He performed the work and the outlet is working fine. I'd definitely use them again.

Had 4 or 5 bids from Angie's list electricians and this was most reasonable and turned out they really knew what they were doing. There were alot of judgement calls with this lighting and they were great . . . and so professional. Mark came out as scheduled and completed everything right on target . . . no surprises and we are very happy!

We have a 89 year old house, so when the 3 outlets in the living room floor and a light in the basement failed, we feared the worst. We though we would have to spend big bucks to rewire as the wiring was old. However, Mark found a loose connection, fixed it, and all was well. He only took 1 hour to complete the discovery and repair.

Very professional, upfront, no surprises. Will use them again if I have another issue.

I overloaded an outlet that services my oxygen concentrator on the evening of the 14th. It was late afternoon so I tried some "do it yourseld" by checking the GFI and the Panel. All to no solution. Early on the 15th I searched providers on Angies list and selected Allstar. They replied they could have someone there after 2PM. I had just gotten home at 1:50 and within 5 minutes I had a call from Jason stating he was on his way. He arrived within 15 minutes. Immediately started diagnosing the proplem and found a broken switch in the panel. He told me the problem and proceeded to repair it. I also had another outlet that was not working correctly. He repaired that by simply rewiring another do it yourself installation. All said and done within 1 hour. Prompt, fast, efficient, friendly, professional and moderatly priced. What more can you ask for?

He came in 2 trips and fixed everything to my satisfaction.

Showed up a on time. Had to run to Lowe's to get a part he was out of but had the job finished up in 1 hour, all old parts taken away, and out the door.

They were very professional and courteous. We decided not to do the work now but will consider in them in the future.
