Jerry was professional and responsive throughout the whole process. Our install fell right in the middle of the huge floods this year, and Jerry was very proactive in letting us know the status of their scheduling and our project. His team was fast and thorough and we always available to answer questions and able to adjust plans slightly as needed. We are very pleased with the outcome and would absolutely call again.

Company called back right away and stated that they could not fit it in their schedule but was very nice and responsive.

I called AllPro to schedule a sprinkler winterization and blow out. My call was answered immediately and I spoke with the owner. He was very pleasant and explained their availability. I had to wait about a week to get in because they were in such high demand. But the owner knew the weather forecast and wasn't concerned because of the unlikelihood of a hard frost. The service technician arrived when promised. Unfortunately my wife and I were gone but he called and said he'd get started anyway. My wife and I were both able to make it home within about ten minutes and everything went very smoothly and efficiently. No hidden charges or extra fees. The work was done with very high quality and I have no doubt our sprinklers will be just fine come spring. AllPro is my new go-to company for sprinkler issues.

Chris (and on a previous occasion, David) did an excellent job on maintaining my irrigation system for the start and end of the season. They are nice, honest, professional and efficient guys that I feel very lucky to have found here on Angie's List. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I have been using Chris at All Pro for three years to start up and shut down our sprinkler system. Occasionally, he'll replace a sprayer head that isn't operating well. Not a lot to say here, other than that Chris is good at his job, punctual, and charges a reasonable price. He's responsive and is typically able to get to our house within 3-5 days after contact each spring and fall. He chages us $60 for both the start-up and shut-down. Not sure how this compares to others who provide this service, but it doesn't seem outrageous to me. Overall, we're happy with the service and will continue to use All Pro.

Had them out to winterize our sprinkler system. Very prompt and professional. Will continue to use them in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Chris responded to my calls promptly and always showed up when he said he would. His prices were reasonable, he had good ideas about how to locate new sprinklers, and he even suggested how I could save money and install some new heads myself. I highly recommend All Pro.

Chris was very responsive after purchasing the Angie's List deal. Scheduled a time, showed up on time, did a very fast and complete job. You cannot beat the big truck mounted compressors for blow outs. Have done them in the past myself with a smaller compressor and my personal time savings is well worth the cost. I will definitely use them in the future.

I was headed out of town for several days, and the weather was supposed to get quite cold before I would return. I called All Pro Sprinkler that morning to see if they could blow out my sprinkler system before my flight. They were booked until later that afternoon, which would have been too late for me, but they managed to squeeze me in that morning. They arrived when they said they would and managed to do the job despite my timer not working. When they told me the cost, I was pleasantly surprised because they were cheaper than a couple of other companies that had Buy It Now deals on Angie's List. I was very pleased with All Pro Sprinkler, and I highly recommend them.

They are great -- show up when scheduled, very knowledgeable and do a very reasonable job. We have also had them blow out our sprinkler for fall and this was very quick and thorough all at the sametime.

All Pro Sprinkler performed a repair, checked my system and fixed problems I didn't know I had for a very fair price. They were on time & performed the work quickly and efficiently. I will use them for all of my maintenance and recommend them highly.

It well very well. he communicated when he could come give us a bid. He was early the day he did bid on the project and he came back as scheduled and did the project for the bid amount. All and all in went very smoothly.

Serviceman was knowledgeable. His frustration with our system was apparent, but he did the best he could and got it running.

Another A-list company had given us a quote for about $1000 telling us there was a leak in the main line requiring a full day and a 4ft deep trench. Jerry quickly found the problem - a simple fix, checked all the sprinklers, replaced one head and only charged us $75. Needless to say we were very pleased with both the efficiency and accuracy of the repair!

On the day of the scheduled repair, Chris called me to confirm his arrival time and again later in the day to let me know he was running late. Chris and Dave quickly got to work and took care of all of the repairs we discussed as well as the rotary nozzle sprinkler head installation. By the time they finished (about 7:30) I'm sure they were both tired and hungry after a long day and just wanted to pack up and head home, but Chris took time to walk around and show me all of the work they'd done. He explained how to adjust the micro-sprayers and schedule the zones running with the rotary nozzles. He showed me where he routed the drip line extensions and where plants could be added. He suggested we wait until next year to tackle the soaker hose conversion and gave me some ideas about a different approach to watering the veggie gardens. Chris and Dave did great work, were friendly and charged a fair price for a substantial amount of work. The time needed to complete the repairs and cost were within his estimate. We'll definitely call on All Pro for future sprinkler system repairs and projects.

Over last weekend I discovered one of my zones running three sprinkler heads was not working at all. I tested the others which were fine. I researched sprinkler services here on Angie's List and called All Pro Sprinkler on Monday and scheduled an appointment for this morning between 8:30 - 9:30. Jerry arrived during the scheduled time. He asked me what the problems was and listened to as I explained...he verified what I had suspected, a very old broken valve. The valve in question was all brass and very old, he recommended replacing it for less then what he could order an exact replacement if he could find one. The new one would match the other 3 valves already installed in the box. He left to purchase the valve and gave me a return time. He arrived back as expected along with his son Ryan. In no time they replaced the valve which manually ran fine, but would not turn on electronically. He patiently troubleshot the problem with a smile and a sense of humor as he patiently tried another valve and tested the electrical wires. He determined that it was not wired to what he considered standard practices so he found a zone that was not being used anymore and moved it over. The zone began working again after he rewired to the new zone. At the end of our appointment I told him I found their service through Angie's List and would be giving them an "A" rating. He thanked me as well. The price/service was exceptional and I will definitely use them again in the future.

The cost of the work was a little pricey. I had purchased the same sprinkler heads at a much lesser cost and their charge was a little high for the same item on additional heads that were installed. In fairness I have difficulty evaluating the "fair" price for sprinkler companies/work.

Chris - was very good about listening when I explained the weird system I have and was able to adjust to the challenge. He dug up the first head and change it out in record time. He was able to tell which heads were leaking (I had searched for the leaks for a long time and didn't see them). After he was done I was VERY happy.

The technition made an initial visit and inspected the system. He determined the main valves were not function correctly and leaking as well. He showed me the problems and advised alternatives and cost in making repairs. After I made a decision on which options I wanted him to take, he made the appropriate repairs and rechecked the system operation. I was extremely pleased with the service and costs. Jerry the technition was informed, curtious, and efficient.
