Description of Work: They replaced our sprinkler system. Part of my rating probably is my own fault, but in ordering a new refrigerator, a new garage door, having siding installed, and concrete done all in the past three months, the vendors I used for these services removed the old and hauled it away. These guys put in our sprinkler system and left the old (very large) sprinkler heads--the sprinkler head caps have come off, and it leaves a large sprinkler head in the ground that would be unseen and could be a hazard when playing in the yard. I asked about it (after I noticed it, which was after I had paid the check had cleared), and the owner said that they don't take out the heads that weren't in their way. The other thing I would recommend to anyone using these guys is to take a look at the layout of your sprinkler system prior to installation. They put a sprinkler head right in front of the concrete step leading into our out-building/playhouse. It's right where we step to get into the building, and will probably get stepped on a lot and will probably need warranty work in the near future. The owner is very nice, very punctual, accurate on the bidding amount, but like I said--be sure you include all of what you expect in in your estimate.

Description of Work: Had a trouble shooting problem with a blocked zone line, tree roots, showed me how to identify the area did not charge me, if it was something I could not handle myself I would definitely call them and refer them.

+ -1 moreGerry was responsive from the get go, came out right away for estimate, great communicator, always available for phone questions during he planning and execution phases. Gerry also came back later to bring us extra drip line and connectors for some work we are doing on our own.
Description of Work: Gerry was a true professional, got the system installed in 1 day. He added 2 zones, drip line for us to tap into in the future, and several sprinkler heads including pulling the PVC under the driveway.

This was a change from other sprinkler companies, who either didn't return my call, OR said they were too busy and never offered a time they could see me. They came out first thing in the morning, within the 30 minute window they provided me, figured out within about 5 minutes the problem, and promptly fixed it right then and there! Excellent, prompt service.

+ -1 moreJERRY AND HIS CREW WERE AWESOME. WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT SET FOR 3:00PM WHEN I WAS CALLED TO BOULDER FOR WORK. I CALLED THEM 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT AND LET THEM KNOW I WAS RUNNING LATE. THEY HAD NO PROBLEM AND WERE STILL WAITING WHEN I FINALLY GOT HOME AT 4:00PM. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR WAITING AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
