All Pro Sprinkler

I use All-Pro for all of our sprinkler needs. The owner Jerry comes promptly to solve all of our problems such as a broken timer, broken lines and sprinkler heads. He works quickly and professionally and his price is VERY good!

They did an excellent job and we were satisfied with it and the price as well. He came out pretty quickly, I think it was a day or two after the phone call was made. We will be reimbursed for what we paid them towards the repair of the sprinkler system, but we thought that it was a fair price.

They did a great job with very little damage to our grass. This is a week later and it is wroking fine and our grass is turning green. Every area is covered twice. They are very easy to work with and I would feel very comfortable in giving out their name to my friends.

Jerry came to assess the "water hammer" and low water pressure irrigation problems and diagnosed the problem. He returned with equipment to do the repair but noticed something new about the problem so had to return a third time to actually perform the proper fix, which has been 100% successful. He didn't charge extra for the extra visits but it did take about 1 month to coordinate his schedule with mine during a busy sprinkler high season. Very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to show me "plumbing secrets" so that perhaps next time I can do similar work myself :).

Both experiences were great. Very professional. On-time. Have used them twice and plan to have them back in the Fall again for Winterization.

Chris was on time, did a great job of checking all the sprinkler heads and adjusting the spray patterns and even straigtened out some that were tilted too much. He turned on the system and programmed our system to water according to our municipality's upcoming watering schedule. He also explained what we needed to do it case we get an early freeze, before they get a chance to come out and winterize our system.

He showed up when he was supposed to. He did a great job, he was outstanding. His price was considerably less than the people who installed the sprinklers as well as a few other service providers I looked into. He was very professional. He offered to come out even though he was very busy and it was late in the season. He squeezed me in for an appointment and did a great job. He said he could install some plantings and run a line through a problem area of my lawn. He was back in a few days with a very reasonable estimate. This was a really positive experience.

Jerry came out to quote the work before the patio was even started. He gave me the estimate and said i should have him come back after they were done with the patio. When he came back he made the final estimate of the work needed, which was lower than his first estimate, and even scheduled the work for a Sunday. He showed up on time to do the work and completed it quickly. He was careful to replace any grass or dirt he disturbed and setup all of the new heads. He even identified a leak in my back flow preventer. I'm sure I will be calling All Pro again for my irrigation needs.

He came within 3 days of my call, gave me an estimate and did the work within 2 days. Very pleasant and explained everything he was doing and why.

Chris came and did an estimate. We also got two other estimates from some of the large landscape firms. Chris' bid was the lowest, but the thing that gave me the most peace of mind was that he would also be doing the work. This was in stark contrast to the other firms that had specialized estimators making the bids. Chris and his dad showed up a few weeks later (as scheduled) and they got the work done in the amount of time that Chris had estimated. When the system was fully installed, Chris demonstrated how all the zones were working, and the coverage of the sprinklers (both in terms of being complete and efficient) was really the best that I have seen (compared to friends and neighbors systems). Chris then showed me how to use the electronic controller. The system has been working great for over a year now. I am absolutely satisfied with the job they did.

Suprisingly, Jerry came out within an hour of my calling him for an appointment; he was able to swing by my place on his way home on a Friday afternoon. Many of my sprinkler heads are just worn out after 10+ years of use and he replaced 4 of them at a cost of $25/head. I had tried to do some of the work myself but as a single mom I do not have the time, patience or expertise. It took Jerry about an hour and a half to do the work and he is superb at what he does. I used All Pro last year to repair a couple of busted irrigation pipes and to winterize my system. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Very well. I will use again in the fall for my sprinkler blow out. I felt that he was very trustworthy. He could have made up a problem, and I wouldn't have known the difference.

They scheduled us within a week, came out right on time, and installed both sprinklers for our raised garden and soaker hoses for my window boxes in addition to repairing the sprinkler cap, which had blown off when the lines froze.

Jerry was great from our conversation on the phone through the appointment the next day. He started up the system and checked and adjusted each zone. He found three broken heads and was able to go buy the parts and complete the repair the same day in a timely fashion. I would gladly recommend Jerry and All Pro Sprinklers.

I had them come out to check the transformer on my control box. He advised me that the transformer was fine but my box had to be replaced. He offered to winterize the system for only $45 and gave me some good advice towards replacing the box on my own. Very honest and professional.

Pleasure to arrange appointment. Jerry called my house the day before our appointment to tell us it was going to freeze that night and how to protect the system. He called me well in advance of his appointment to tell me he was running late. He was arrived within his new estimated time. He showed me step by step what he was doing and why. He taught me the best way to turn the system back on. Professional, friendly, to the "extra" step and was inexpensive. What more can you ask for? BTW, All Pro gives a cash discount.

Just needed the sprinkler system winterized for the winter.

All Pro Sprinkler is a father and son operation committed to customer satisfaction. They were prompt in submitting their estimate and demonstrated excellent attention to detail when explaining their approach to installing the system. This was of particular importance since I live in another state and was selecting an installation team from a thousand miles away. Jerry was very patient and cooperative in explaining things to my mother and keeping me in the loop as the work progressed. The All Pro team is just that - professional! They were forced to seek solutions to several challenges during the installation and in each case found state-of-the-art fixes/equipment that met the requirements of the job. They completed the work promptly with minimum disruption to the landscape which was a major concern to my mother. They have backed their work by making subsequent visits to ensure adequate proformance and coverage of the system. Most importantly, my mother loves her new system and the freedom from "moving the hose".

The tech was very friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing. Liked that the company is strictly doing irrigation work and is skilled in this field. Have trouble with the valve box leaking every year. Was told by this tech that the faucet does not need to be partially open during the winter; thus, next year there will be no more leaks. Will have them come back in the fall to do my winterization.

The repair was done quickly and expertly. Although the price was $20 higher than the estimate, I thought he came very close and I definitely got my money's worth. I have already scheduled him to do some additional work and will have him winterize my system this coming fall.
