All Pro Sprinkler

Overall esperience was great, They came and did the estimate on time. Ther price was less than expected, they showed up on time to do the work. The process went well.

As usual, Jerry was prompt and quickly replaced the sprinkler head. It was broken by the crew that replaced my driveway. The crew tried to replace the head but only made things worse, after over an hour of trying. Jerry replaced the head the crew tried to install with the proper head and made the necessary adjustments in less than 15 minutes. I have used Jerry's services for over 3 years and would not consider anyone else.

The shutoff valve that was installed does not leak. The connections downstream from the system master valve to the system drain plug continue to leak. I have to keep the system unpressurized to prevent a constant drip of water on my foundation. This makes the system unusable. The technician said that he had to go to his next appointment, and that he couldn't spend more time working on my system. He took my information down, and said that he would email me with an estimate on repairing the other three zones. That was on the 10th of April. As of today, (24 April), I still have not heard back from him. Understanding that this is a busy time of year for sprinkler repairmen, an appointment to do work is just that, an appointment to do work. A contractor is supposed to have the training, the tools, and the parts to complete a job, not just attempt it, get frustrated, and move on to another customer. I don't mind paying for quality work. My problem with the price, is that $170 and two weeks later, my system is in the same place it was before All Pro's service call.

I had a small leak in a shut-off valve that is in-line just before the vacuum breaker on my sprinkler system. I called All Pro Sprinklers and described the situation to Jerry. He was very kind, and described over the phone what the issue was, and how to fix it. We made an appointment on that first call, which I then had to change after realizing that I picked the wrong date. jerry was very accommodating to my schedule and we found the best time for both of us. On the day of service, Jerry called in advance to let me know the time he would arrive, and then again when he was actually on his way. He arrived right when he said he would. He looked over the irrigation system, made a diagnosis, and explained to me what needed to be fixed. It was a relatively minor repair. I stood outside and had a very nice conversation with Jerry while he made the repairs. He was a really nice person, and gave a new customer piece of mind and a pleasant experience for this repair. After he fixed the problem that I initially called him for, Jerry helped me diagnose what I thought was a mainline source pressure issue in my irrigation system. He identified that previous contractors had installed a drip zone without an appropriate pressure reducer, which I hadn't realized on my own yet after 2 watering seasons. Now I know that I can get the parts and install it myself, and that it isn't a pressure issue from the main line.

They arrive on time, do the work perfectly and are a value conscious company. A+++

I would recommend them to family, which is a big deal for me.

Called phone number on company's web site. Guy told me that I needed to call a different number because I was in SE Denver, so I did. Scheduled for following week. When they came out and first turned on the water in front, the supply pipe leading into the pressure vacuum breaker (backflow preventer) came loose. Never had a problem with it before, but Chris said it looked like it had never been soldered. So he soldered it. Then re-activated the sprinklers zone by zone and checked them out. That was it. That's all I needed. I asked him about putting additional sprinklers in one zone, for a future appointment, of course. He didn't seem that enthusiastic about taking on the work (I usually expect them to jump at making some money) and suggested I see how the existing sprinklers did the job this summer. (A neighbor cut out a bush overhanging my property that would have blocked the spray of an additional sprinkler.) But it was probably good advice -- see how the existing sprinklers do the job now that that bush is gone. The price charged was better than previous sprinkler companies I've used.

They were on time and did a thurough job. Their prices were very reasonable too.

Chris is very good at staying in touch. He came over to look at the job in February and said he would provide an estimate and be in touch the first of March.He was. He and two others did the job from start to finish in three days. I was thrilled with the finished product. Since I was at work while they where at my home I left Chris a set of keys. He locked up every day, set the alarm and returned the keys immediately upon finishhing. Very trustworthy. I was out of town the day they finished so he came over on a Sunday once I was home to show me how to use the system. He did not take payment until all was complete and I was satisfied.

Jerry arrived right within the one-hour window he'd quoted us. We called because, well, we've never de-winterized a sprinkler system before (she's from Phoenix, I'm from Florida, and this is our first house), and while attempting to do so, a series of events prompted me to believe that I'd managed to blow a pipe while trying to fix the thing and get it turned on. Once Jerry arrived, the first thing he did was confirm that no pipe had been blown. Our biggest problem was that I don't know my backside from a hole in the ground when it comes to de-winterizing a system. We definitely have some wiring that needs to be re-done and a valve to replace, and some of the drip line out back needs to be re-done. Jerry said we could probably handle all of those items ourselves if we wanted, but being that we're rookies, we scheduled an appointment for him to come back in April. Oh, by the way, despite the inherent benefits to an irrigation company of letting us power up our sprinklers this early, Jerry told us in no uncertain terms that we were risking a huge repair bill if we got another deep freeze. Jerry was a great resource to learn from, and we're both looking forward to him coming back in April to get everything up and running. It should go much more smoothly than when I tried to do it for myself.

The service was done just as well as last year and was still very affordable. He stated i should be able to blow out my own sprinklers next year with a simple machine i can rent at Home Depot.

Jerry was on time, professional, and obviously very knowledgable. Even though the system was a mess due to someone else's poor work, he didn't trash the guy. Just pointed out what was ok and what was not. He answered all questions and didn't talk down to us. I thought the price a little high, but I don't know sprinkler systems, so my assumptions could be faulty. Would definitely call him again if we need work done in the future.

Chris arrived right on time and took his time examining my sprinkler system. Ended up adjusting several heads and replacing several more. Very happy with the experience and would definitely use again in the future.

I had had work on my sprinkler system by another company who replaced valves. The new valves were extremely noisy. The installing company came back and increased the water pressure but that didn't fix the noise. I called All Pro and they came and discovered that my pipes were loose in the basement. They went out and bought tiedowns for the pipes in the basement. They also tightened the valves and replaced an o-ring. Very good experience - I will call them again.

Jerry came out to look things over and made some suggestions how to best handle our watering needs then Jerry gave me an estimate price. I agreed to the price and scheduled to have the work done the following Friday. Jerry show up on time and quickly made the modifications. The cost was exactly as estimated and Jerry told me if there were any concerns to let him know and he would take care of any concerns. After a few days I noticed that part of the system upgrade was not working as well as I hoped so I contacted Jerry and he told me he would come by on the following Tuesday to check it out.Jerry showed up on Tuesday and detemined that he would have to make a change to part of the system because the HOA was not providing enough watering time for the present system to work correctly. Jerry scheduled me for a week from Thursday which I agreed to. However Jerry called me about 30 minutes later and said he had a cancellation today and that he would come back by in about one hour.He showed up on time and about and hour later everything had been changed out. The new changes are fantastic working better than I had hoped for. Best of all there was not additional charges for the changes that Jerry made.

Chris came out to inspect the old system and we discussed options regarding repair or replace. I decided to replace the whole system in a very large lot. I was given what I thought was a very fair estimate. They started and finished timely. Excellent job on the inhouse portion of plumbing (better than the plumber versions I've seen). I highly recommend them and I will also be utilizing their "turn-on/ turn-off" services in the future.

A service had winterized the sprinkler system in the fall. Was unable to get the sprinklers to work in the spring. Jerry arrived on time and was able to find and fix the problem in a few minutes as well as give some advice on lawn care.

This happened Sunday afternoon, i called them Monday morning and they fixed it that same afternoon. Yes, it happened to be raining that morning so they were slower but Chris's professionalism and willing to fit it in was awesome. i'd definitely use them again.

I asked Chris to come out and re-adjust and replace some old parts on our 10 year old sprinkler system. He also added a dripline around the back perimeter of my backyard. He showed up when he said he would and I felt he was honest and sincere. He didn't try to sell me anything extra. It was pouring rain as he was ending my job so he came back the following week to tweek a couple things and run through the system with me. He also told me where I can buy replacement parts in the future.

Jerry arrived promptly as promised, and as I explained the situation, he assured me that he could handle the repairs, had the needed parts available and gave me an estimate of the cost. He also, at my request, started up our system and adjusted all of the heads and made repairs as needed. Jerry advised me during every step of the process. All-Pro Sprinkler has a customer for as long as we live in Denver. Jerry really knows how to provide a novice with the level of service that gives them a comfort level that he knows what he is doing without making you feel that you do not. (even when you don't). I cannot rate them high enough - the price was what I expected, the service was much more than I could have dreamed!

I contacted All Pro and was referred to Chris as he is the West side's repair guy. Chris was very professional and made it to my house promptly. Overall, I felt that the work that was done was thorough and high quality, and I also felt confident that he only fixed that which needed to be fixed and did not try to nickel and dime me. Chris replaced three solenoids (one was mine) and repaired one electric valve that was stuck. Normally I would purchase solenoids myself for about $10 (I was charged $17), but have been entirely too busy with work and a back injury, so having someone else do it was a relief. Every charge was laid out - $50 for service call, 2 solenoids, and misc parts for valve was about $105. Very reasonable and well worth it for an hour's worth of work.

Jerry was very professional and explained everything he was doing. We turned the sprinkler on today and everything seems fine

Chris was able to come out within 2 hours of my phone call and quickly blew out my sprinklers and chatted with me about my questions for next season. Chris was very helpful and answered my questions so i could understand them and not feel silly for asking them. Great job!

The representative from All Pro was very efficient and did an excellent job. I believe this company/rep provided A/A+ service by taking extra time to answer my questions about winterization. He also provided helpful instructions on optimizing our irrigation schedule to reduce water consumption and increase the overall health of our lawn/landscaping.

I left a voicemail for Jerry on a Thursday night. He called me back Friday and he completed the winterization of our sprinkler system on Saturday. Jerry was very quick and we are glad to have our sprinklers shut down for the winter as the temperatures will dip below freezing this week. He charges $45 for cash and $50 for check. This is a bit more than another quote I got; however Jerry called back first.
