He was excellent and very good. He had a problem and he stuck with it. I felt his rates were reasonable. I expected it to be a lot more but he was fair. I have already engaged him to come out in the fall.

I liked their service. Chris was really good in explaining everything clearly and seemed thorough in checking everything.

They came on time and they were readily able to identify the problem. They figured out that the problem was not related to the sprinkler system and it was more of some plumbing issue and water pressure problem. It was a little disappointing that they weren’t able to help me more with that, otherwise they did a good job.

Jerry is really excellent. He was very responsive, and was able to see me within about a week of my calling although they are very busy. He found the problem (cracked filter) immediately, and fixed it plus a few other things that I showed him. After he had packed up and I thought he had left, I saw him checking a repair again; he said that he always double-checked things before leaving to make sure there were no leaks. This really impressed me. I asked him to put me on his list for sprinkler system blow-outs each fall.

They were very quick and right on time. They were fine. The fellow that came out was very clean cut and told me what he thought it was and he was correct.

If I need any adjustments they are always willing to come out.

I contacted this company via Angie's list requesting information on repairing my sprinkler system. The company never responded to my email or attempted to contact me.

The service was really good. We didn't have any problems. He had to come out to see what the problem was and he came back the next day to fix it. He worked pretty quickly.

I have used these people before. They are prompt, knowledgable and reasonably priced. Last year they did more extensive work than this year and I was equally pleased.

I first met Chris In November 2011 when I came back from an extended tirp to find my previous sprinkler company had gone out of businees and the system had not been blown out or drained as promised. It was cold and forcast to get extremely cold. I called in a panic. Chris was able to come out within a few hours, despite that it was after noon when I made the call. He was professional and competent and quickly had the system shut off and blown out for the winter.I called Chris back this spring to turn the system on. There were a few minor adjustments needed to maintain adequate coverage which were included in the price to turn the system on. He took the time needed inspecting and adjusting the system to work optimally.

Prompt response to my call. Scheduled an appointment within a reasonable time. Arrived for appointment on time. Professional in appearance and communication. Did some work at my mother-in-laws house too. She had a similar experience. Had to return to my house to repair valve because part required some effort to acquire. Arrived at second appointment on time and did the job. I have 0 complaints and would gladly use again for sprinkler work.

Chris is great and completely responsive. i have used this company to turn on the sprinklers and to blow them out. He always takes care with everything and has fixed a sprinkler problem for my neighbor next door. great service and totally reliable.

All went well. Absolutely no complaints.

Jerry arrrived as schedules and proceeded to attend to the sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced. He turned on the system and checked the installation. He cycled through the program - checking for other heads with problems. We really like Jerry and will use him each spring and fall.

The project turned out to be difficult. Before I called All Pro, a friend had tried to make the repair and shorted out the controller unit in the process. Jerry, with All Pro, did a lot of troubleshooting in order to confirm what the problem was before doing something that would cost me extra money but that could turn out to be unnecessary. Once he confirmed what was wrong, we had to reschedule more time since it was late in the day. On his second trip, he successfully made a challenging repair and now the system works perfectly. If I need anything else done in the future, I'll certainly call him again for the work.

They did a great job for me. I had no problems at all. It cost more than I anticipated but I had not really researched what it would cost. I would rather pay more and get a good job than pay less. My system works well now. He installed it in winter and came back in spring to make sure everything was ok.

Done quickly, much better than the local neighborhood jack-of-all-trades (master of none).

Just great. Jerry is great about arriving on-time or calling to adjust the time, and his work is top-notch.

Gerry was responsive, by first answering the phone directly and right away when I called as a new customer. He set a 2-hr window to arrive at my home for repairs and he was right on time. He was very efficient and friendly, did the job and then fully explained what he had done and where I needed to trim bushes to make the sprinklers more effective.

He knows his business quite well. I highly recommend him

Chris let me know that because of the busy season, he wouldn't be able to come out for a couple of days, but he showed up on the promised date and performed all services professionally.

My system works great now! Jerry is very personable and explains the system as he looks through it. I'll be using All Pro from now on!

Chris was clearly quite busy, but made sure to stay in contact with me, even though he was only running a few minutes late, quickly and efficiently started up the sprinkler system, identified a problem, gave us a reasonable estimate, and set up a time to return.
