Called and visited on time.

A great business that calls before it's too late, reminding me to have them blown out. He called while he was on his way and blew out the sprinklers and was on his way. Thanks Chris!

How can I possibly rate a company that I didn't do business with! It also isn't a home, so that question is irrelevant. Your survey will not let me select (NA) for an overall grade if I didn't use them. Your survey needs some work!

We called to have our sprinkler system blown out. The earliest they could come out was the next week. In the meantime, a piece in the backflow broke spraying water all over. Sucked, but that was our problem for not calling sooner and thankfully the water was turned off before causing any real damage. We were going to have the piece fixed in the spring but the All Pro guy suggested we fix it now otherwise it would cost more for someone to come out again. Fixing the piece took only a minute or two and he finished up the winterization. He also provided tips and information about our system that was quite helpful. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend them for sprinkler work.

Called Chris at All Pro to winterize our sprinklers. He was extremely professional and even called me to let me know he'd be at the tail end of the hour window he gave me for arrival. I would definitely refer All Pro and will use them again.

It went find. On time and responsive to problem. the fix was clean and simple. Would use him again with out question.

Overall, it went very well. They arrived on time and were fast and thorough. They took time to answer any questions I had were friendly and professional. They were also a bit cheaper than others I had called and could get me in sooner. I will use definitely use them again.

I called to schedule an appt because my original appt for today with another company cancelled. I was a bit frantic because of the coming snow, so Jerry not only got me in as soon as he could, he gave me over the phone instructions on how to prevent any freezing or damage before he would be able to make it here. Then, my original appt decided they could make it today after all, and when I called to cancel with Jerry for next week, he was nothing but professional and pleased that I was able to winterize my system safely before the coming storm. What a great attitude!

They arrived within the window to get the work done. It took about 15 minutes and hopefully no broken pipes next year.

We were looking for a new lawn irrigation company to winterize (blow out) our sprinkler system because the previous company we were using had raised their prices too much. I looked on Angie's list and found that All Pro Sprinkler had an overall rating of excellent from 80+ reviews. I contacted they via e mail with some questions and they promptly replied. They provided us an estimate over the phone and we scheduled an appointment. They were able to accommodate our date and time. Chris was on time and very professional. The work was done per the phone estimate. A friend was looking for someone to winterize their system and I didn't hesitate providing a referral. We will definitely use All Pro Sprinkler in the future.

Very professiona', The total job I had in mind was beyond what they wanted to provide but they gave suggestions on how to proceed.

They were clear and honest and I would recommend them for complex sprinkler issues.

He was excellent. He was great. He came out like within 24hrs.He just went right to it. He went out and looked and fortunately had parts in the truck and just put it all together. He had a couple of other trades in the house at the same time and he fixed it without any kind of help from me. He just went out and did it so that was very nice. He was very helpful. His price was good.

They arrived on time and performed services as requested.

They fix the problems and they do a great job of turning them on in the spring and shutting them down in the fall. He has installed sprinklers for me and does a great job start to finish

The work went well, Tony came out to do the work and was very good. I was pleased with him.

Got a few quotes for this job and All Pro came in the lowest for quality equipment with a 5-year warranty. Had some issues with the install including a defective timer that led to some extra visits. Overall, the job got done at a very good price, but there could be some improvement in the little things and attention to detail that I expect as a customer. (Cleaning up the dust in the basement from drilling through the wall, making sure all the pvc scraps in the yard were cleaned up, follow-up, etc.) Perhaps if things had gone smoother initially and he wasn't sold a defective part, these things probably wouldn't have been an issue, but Chris made the effort to correct the issues that were brought to his attention.

I had a 4pm appt on a Friday. He came out, spent a half hour looking around, all to tell me that he didn't know what was going on. He then expected to be paid for his time walking around my yard when he did nothing, not even a diagnosis. He said he would have to come back with a "crew" to do some digging but that "may take several hours"- but he gave me nothing definitive. By this time my plants were dying and he said he would call me back with an estimate and when he could return. I pushed him for a return date and his response was something like "Thank god it is friday. I have had a hard day and now I am going out to get a beer." I never heard from him again.

Chris is very responsive and does not require much follow-up (normal Q&A about the services you need is about it).

Overall, the service was outstanding. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the appointment, but it was well worth it. I've hired the company to shut off our system in the fall. And when we decide to upgrade our aging sprinkler system, we will hire All Pro.

They were great. I have no problems so far.

We liked everything about them. They were really good and really knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly and they were on time. They did a really great job and we would use them again. We didn't get a lot of bids but the price was reasonable and what we expected it to be.

The rate was more than I wanted to pay, so I did not have any further contact with them. They were professional and helpful...if I was going to spend the money I would have used them. I would probably contact them again in the future.

Fair price. Everything is working well right now. They were very professional prompt and knowledgable.

I don't have any dislikes about them, they came and they repaired the sprinklers and they did what they are suppose to do. I can say that they were fine and they have a reasonable pricing.
