Fantastic!! I had a bad experience with my old company that didn't show to an appointment and was looking for someone new. They returned my call right away and scheduled a week out. He stayed extra long to get a few difficult problems fixed. He was friendly, efficient and affordable!! I will be using them regularly!!

Chris came right on time and was able to quickly determine that the problem I was having was with a broken line. He repaired that and after looking at my overall system, I decided to have him replace one of the sprinkler heads that was not working well. He did very high quality work and I would definitely recommend him.

Arrived later than scheduled, but called prior to being late to let me know, so it wasn't a problem. Informed me that some of the sprinkler heads currently being used were not appropriate for the area being watered. However, he didn't try to pressure me into spending more money by replacing the working heads now, but instead suggested waiting until the current heads needed replacing, and then putting in more appropriate heads. There have been no problems with the repairs that were done. Everything is working well.

It went very well. Chris was responsive and we set up the appointment promptly. In addition to the sprinkler winterizing, I wanted a better valve installed to replace the old sprinkler system valve, and I opted for All Pro to do that as well. All services were performed in a professional manner, in reasonable time. A great exprience.

Chris was great, he did a great job and pricing was very fair. My wife and I appreciated that he was able to work around our schedule to get out here. We ended up going with another bid but I think All Pro would have done a good job for us.

Outstanding experience - found one broken sprinkler head and replaced. All Pro will be my "go to" business for all sprinkler work.

I took advantage of a deal for sprinkler start-up. The only negative in my experience was the fact that so many people had taken advantage of the deal I had to wait almost a month to have my sprinklers serviced. The owner was courteous and professional throughout my experience. He was not able to meet our original scheduled appointment due to an earlier job running long but he called to apologize and to ask if later would be ok which it was. The actual service provided was to my satisfaction. One sprinkler head needed repair and was completed quickly. The others were adjusted and he programmed the timer for me as well. He also took the time to show me how to adjust my drip system in my garden and explained different options should I want to put in a new system. Overall the service was good and I would and will use All Pro Sprinkler again in the future.

Called in desperation when the first guy I had an appointment with didn't bother to show up or call. Chris was upfront and told me he couldn't schedule me for over a week and I told him I'd be happy to see him whenever I could get an appointment. WELL WORTH THE WAIT! Had a set appointment, he called to let me know he'd be 15 minutes late. (WOW!) When he arrived, he found that the problem wasn't as bad as I though (one cracked pipe, not two), he turned on the system and found a broken head which he replaced. The cost was far less than I thought it would be. Will be calling them in the future and recommending them to everyone. GREAT COMPANY and THANK YOU CHRIS!!

He showed up on time; started and checked sprinkler system and checked out all of the heads. Four sprinkler heads were broken (including on that caused a large bubble under the grass). He repaired everything and left broken heads for me to see. The work was more extensive than he had planned but he did it quickly and politely.

Joe is great. He winterized my system too. Joe is on time, very nice to work with and made sure my system was priest etched from our spring snows .

Winterizing the sprinklers went great and cost was comparable to other companies. The only problem we had was when we attempted to reach them in March 2013 to schedule repairs we did not get any calls or emails back from the messages we left. We checked the numbers we had against the website and sent an email with the same questions. Was planning to work with them again but had to go with a different company because we did not hear back.

The personnel is very knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and professional.

Overall, the job went well and the leak was fixed.

I went just as it should. He was on time, professional. He listened to my concerns and helped solve problems we were having with the sprinklers and dry spots.

I was extremely fortunate to call on Sunday, and get an appointment for Tues (due to cancellation). Because of the company's popularity, new appointments are currently 3 weeks out. The company sent Dave to do my start up. Although Dave was to show up at my house at 11am, he was delayed until noon due to a sprinkler problem at his preceding call. However, Chris (the owner) called me before 11am to inform me of the delay, and kept me posted on Dave's progress and estimate arrival time (excellent service, as most other companies would just make you wait until they showed up). Dave was a very pleasant, personable young man, who appeared to like his job, and did an excellent job. He was very efficient, made recommendations as to sprinkler coverage, and replaced 2 sprinkler heads that were in bad shape. He kept me informed of everything he was doing, and made sure I inspected his work before leaving. I was very impressed with both Dave and the company. Very flexible about setting an appointment date. Gave us a phone call to update arrival time, which was a little earlier than expected. Friendly and professional service. Very pleased with the fine-tuning he gave our system. Fixed little things at no extra charge. Will definitely have him come back as needed.

I had also wanted them to fix a leak, but they seemed to think that their adjustments would solve the problem. However, it did not and I had to hire someone else. They did come on time and did respond quickly to me to get scheduled.
