All Pro Restoration

This is a dirty company that is efficient at defrauding your insurance policy. We had a fire at our home and the mitigation team we hired, equally as dirty, brought these guys in to handle our contents. They packed us out in a couple of vans and two trips with a small box truck. When they returned on the first day they showed up with two HUGE moving trucks and multiple vans. They filled our house with hundreds and hundreds of boxes then told us they would be back the next day. That night we began to open up boxes. Box after box was 80% packing material and very very few items for example. One 16"x16" box had a single baseball cap, another had 6 plastic containers you get at Chinese restaurants something most people would throw away, in another scenario a train toy set of my son's left in one box and was returned in 6 boxes. The next day when they returned my wife asked the supervisor why all these boxes were mostly empty. With a straight face she said "well the insurance company pays us per box." Dirtiest part was we told our adjustor who then told them their pack out count had to match the pack in numbers so they provided falsified documents that said they were the same number of boxes. Horrible disgusting company. Stay away.

Team was excellent, but the handoff between water damage remediation and the drywall repair and painting took a lot longer than I thought was really necessary.

If you have a water or other event, hire a company that will take your project through to the finish- this one WILL NOT. They will be misleading on the intake about how much they will help and say they take it to completion but don t believe them. As soon as your house is torn apart they literally stop returning your calls. They also have sketchy vendors that they refer you to and then it s your problem to deal with.

This place came highly recommended, which is why I was so shocked that I had such a difficult time working with them. There were so many things that were not the way they should be with this company, but the moral of the story is: the technicians and the people in the office do not communicate, so you can not really trust what anyone says without verifying with several other people. We were told we had mold, then we were told the technician did not know where the mold was (what?!), then we were told that there was not actually mold. Getting invoices sent out took forever and I had to call them several times to follow up. They also told us that they would submit all subcontract invoices, but they did not and I had to follow up on that as well. It was just too much stress added onto an already stressful situation and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a mitigation company.

With the recent blizzard, one of my pipes froze eventually causing my basement to flood. All Pro was able to still fit me in the same day I called. They came out and were able to remove all my standing water and the damaged drywall. However, the most upsetting part was all the belongings I've been storing in my basement were affected. From my furniture to everything in my storage boxes were wet. All Pro pack out all my belongings, clean and restore everything that was salvageable. All Pro saved not only my home but my personal belongings.

We recently had smoke damage to our home caused from a kitchen fire from our neighbors condo. As a result our whole condo was filled with smoke and we could not get rid of the smell both in the air and on our belongings. All Pro came over and after providing a detailed estimate we began work. They were able to use their equipment to cleanse our air free of smoke and removed the smell of smoke from our clothes and furniture. They were very fast in the process and had friendly and professional techs. We would recommend All Pro to everyone!

I came home from work and apparently my ice maker had busted and caused my whole kitchen and basement extensive water damage. Including my hardwood floors, drywall, and all my contents downstairs. Not only did All Pro show up within an hour, but they were very friendly and professional, even though I was not in the best mood as you could image. They were able to clean up all the water, removed everything that was damaged and cleaned and restore my contents downstairs. This whole situation was very overwhelming, but All Pro handled everything in a fast, efficient way and professional manner. Thanks All Pro for being there for me in one of the most stressful events in my life!
