 + 0 moreIt went very well. They were responsive to getting our project done quickly and the recommended tint/film has cut the heat noticeably, as promised. They showed up on time and completed the work and clean up quickly.
Description of Work: We had heat and UV reducing window film put on 8 windows. Richard also found 3 windows that had lost their seal, and we had All American replace the 3 defective windows.

 + -1 moreRichard and his crew are extremely professional, polite and take great care in keeping your home clean. They went above and beyond on our project. On the day of the project Richard and his crew started at 9:00am and did not leave until it was done - which was around 8:00 pm. His office staff is very responsive and would get back to me right away.
Description of Work: Replaced many 8' x 4' windows, replaced the tinting on 30 windows, and put a decorative film on a large glass shower.

 + -1 moreThis is an excellent tint shop. I made an appointment for 1 p.m. but came in early, around 12:35 p.m. I was told the different types of film available to me, and the pricing. They brought my car in 10 minutes before my appointment. What I thought was a nice touch was the waiting area. You can watch TV while in the very next room, your car is being tinted. They finished the job very quickly, a little over an hour for my big sedan. The guys are pros, and every cut was perfect. I chose this shop because of their wonderful reviews on Angie's List... and it paid off.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment and they were very polite on the phone and asked a few questions. Two weeks later at the time of my appointment they were running late and I received a call letting me know. I found this to be great customer service to get an upfront call and as my wife was stuck in the same traffic this started the discussion off on the right foot with honesty. I walked through what I wanted and changed my mind about 3 times and in the end asked for 3 seperate quotes with different window films. They were extremely patient in taking down the information and provided a detailed quote on all the options the next day which was unbelievable. The only reason I marked NA on the quality as my appointment is not for 2 week. Also I did research on competitors and by far they were priced very fair.

Description of Work: We had 31 windows in our home tinted with Huper Optik Select SECH. Sean and Dan arrived slightly earlier than our scheduled time and worked straight through to finish the job. These young men were very professional, courteous, tidy, and thorough in their work.

 + -1 moreTheir price is very reasonable. Rich and his team are very professional, and experience. When they entered in the house, they wear the shoe covers. When they were running late, they called to inform us. After they arrived, Rich apologized to us being late, and gave us extra discount for it. Rich picked a color which matches existing window color very well. They did a very good job and also cleaned up the site and moved my furniture back to position. We later also have them tinted two car windows, and like the job they done.
Description of Work: W replaced three windows in family room. those window were not tinted and when the sun comes in and room was very hot. we called ALL AMERICAN WINDOW TINTING , and asked for an estimate. The Lady on the phone told me that they can come to take a look on Saturday, and if I am OK with the price, they can start to work on it right away. I think that was very good idea. We have total 9 windows on the same wall, those new window color has to match the existing window color. Rich did a very good job matching the color. We are very satisfied with the job they performed. A month later , we also had our two car's windows tinted by ALL AMERICAN WINDOW TINTING .
