Great service. Very polite. Re-keyed 4 locks under the special I purchased then very reasonably replaced two faulty locks and re-keyed 4 more for an addition charge. It's wonderful having ONE KEY now for 8 locks. Best Locksmith I've used in Denver. Highly recommended. He even fixed a door that wasn't closing correctly at no charge.

I used an Angie's List deal to purchase a lock re-key. They called me back to schedule the appointment the next day. The technician was prompt, courteous, and very quick. I would use them again if I ever need locksmith services.

The provider showed up at the end of the time window that was provided when I scheduled the service. We discussed the required service and they got right to work. They didn't communicate they would go to their vehicle to cut the keys and re-key the locks, so for a period of time they were and quot;lostand quot; to me. They returned with all of the locks ready to go and were done in a flash.

We moved into a new home and had our locks re-keyed. We had five cylinders that needed re-keying so this is why my total is higher than the coupon that was purchased. Good customer service and friendly. Completed the job quickly with no issues.

Alexius did a great job within 10 minutes for a lock re-core which included 3 keys for a Saturday visit. I called around 11am Saturday morning and they said they could come at 3:00pm. Later called around 2:40pm to keep me informed that he was running 20 minutes late which is when he arrived. Very Satisfied with overall service!!!

Did a basic Driving 101 mistake....locked my keys in my vehicle. It was around 7pm on a Saturday and I was afraid that everyone would be closed. I called and was surprised that an actual person answered the phone. He showed up on the appointed time, was professional and friendly. I'm not sure if the $65 that I paid was too much but because of the service I would use them again.

The locksmith arrived about 45 mins later than expected, and I did not expect it to take almost 3 hours to complete the job. However, I did get their special discount for rekeying and they did a great job! They had to practically rebuild my patio lock in order to get the same key to work for all doors. I appreciate their attention to detail and would use them in the future.

The provider isn't as good at email communication. He prefers to call/leave messages. That to me is a small con. We setup a date, the worker arrived on time. They re-keyed 3 locks (for the price that was quoted, we had only mentioned 2 locks). The new keys worked. We had to get a 2nd key for the back door (patio has a different lock) but that is not their fault So now this new house has added security and we went from having 3 different keys to two. Whats important is that we need to only bring one key around day-to-day.

Provided exemplary service from first contact through completing the job. Gave us the discount rate advertised on Angie's List with no questions asked. We unhesitatingly recommend Alexius.
