Friendly and knowledgeable Short 25mmin visit was priced a little high for service rendered but would probably use again.

They were nothing less than terrific. They found the broken pipe in my central vacuum system just by listening to airflow in the ceiling and then cut only one small hole in the drywall to fix it. They charge one price for a service call and fix the problem no matter how long it takes. They are a father-son team who is polite, courteous and really know their stuff.

Alex Brown happily came out to my house way out on the Eastern plains. He diagnosed my problem of needing a new Central Vac motor and returned the next day to install. He then made sure all the outlets were at full strength. Problem solved and central vac system working very efficiently. Thank you Alex Brown.

Alex contacted me quickly and I explained the problem I was having. He said his son would be in the area and asked if I was ok with scheduling with him. I told him I had no problem with that and he said I would be hearing from his son shortly. He contacted me less than 10 min later and we set up an appointment the following day. His son kept me apprised of his arrival time. When he arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and found it was not as bad as we thought it would be. He was able to fix the problem with the unit but also took the time to check all of the inlet ports in the house to ensure there were no other clogs. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I recently built a new one story home. I had a central vac in my previous 2 story house for 25 years and loved it. I had thought about not getting one since I was on a ranch plan this time but after 90 days in a condo with an upright vacuum waiting for our home to finish, I decided to go ahead. I had interviewed Alex over the phone previously a couple of times and he seemed knowledgeable. I decided to hire him! He showed up on time, reviewed the product with me, the layout, went over the warranty, all before we started! He worked all day getting things done, cleaned up, ran thru instructions once more, and called me 2 days later! I absolutely love this Electrolux central vac and I could not be happier. Now my niece is getting one too! I am thrilled!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Alex was professional, pleasant and knew exactly what he's doing and the prices were amazing! Time Between my call and and when I spoke to Alex for the first time to the completed job was two weeks! The most pleasant and smooth experience we have ever had with any installer. We were told by many others that you could not install a vacuum system into an existing home. Alex had it done in one afternoon
