The first appt. one guy showed and said he would have to come back with his son to help because it was a stackable washer/dryer, so I agreed, and they didn't show the second time! Apparently they don't want the work.

My husband put in the request to Home Advisor on a Sunday morning. Mr. Brown called Sunday afternoon and made an appointment for Monday morning. He came and fixed the problem in about an hour. He was reliable and quick too find and fix problem. Reasonable prices.

Alex Brown was the first one to reply to my HomeAdvisor request and was able to schedule an appointment within just a few days. He came with his son and cleaned the dryer ducts in three apartments, working from both outside and inside to make sure the ducts were thoroughly cleaned. After Alex Brown finished, everyone reported that their clothes dried much faster.

A life and money safer! Alex came to the rescue when our rental property had a clogged dryer vent, thus dry would not heat. Due to the vent being over 30 feet in length other companies wanted 3 times the amount that Alex Brown company proposed. He was good to his word and he worked with our tenant's schedule (even offered a weekend appt) and got the job done. Our tenant called and stated how professional and thorough Alex was. Appt was for 11 am. At 10 am he called and asked if he could come early. Great! By 11 he was done. price very fair. Quotes were all over the place. Coit wasn't even sure they could do it at all?????????? Cleaned up after himself and put all back in place. Was nice to my Dobermans
