Good pricing on system, arrived on time, finished on time, no messes left in home, showed me how to use the vacuum AND before he started the job he walked me explained how it was going to be done. EXCELLENT

Alex did not clean up after the project. He left boxes and trash in the house. He did not cut holes and drilled holes and did clean up or fill the holes in the wood floors. The system did not work and it took him five days to come back to fix it. It still does not work properly and he will not answer calls or texts. We spent over 6,000 on system - he says he is a man of his word, he is not. Very disappointed.

I would highly recommend this company. Great attitude, great experience. We almost did not put in a house vac because we thought it would be too expensive. I already bought the vac, but the first estimate was going to be too costly. I call this company and the cost was much less, I think because the first company had no experience and it would've taken them longer. Alex and his son have the experience. They know what they are doing. They were able to do the job in about a week. We are happy we looked around for experience. Both Alex and his son are very nice and professional.

Love this company. They were very professional and knowledgable and knew exactly what I needed to fix my problem.

Try to avoid this one. He sold me a vacuum cleaner and everything was great then, I found that the powerhead kept shutting off. He returned immediately and gave me another one which shuts off 7-8 times per day while I vacuum the house. Since that first day, he has not returned my calls. He did not leave the registration card and I can not register the product. The customer service at electrolux is dismal and I keep getting hangups. On the plus side, the installation was okay and the vacuum works but, I think it might be a discontinued model. I paid 2400 for this. I do not recommend this person or his services.
