Al arrived on time and promptly identified all the ducts and returns (22 in all) and brought in all of his equipment. He explained how everything was going to do, and after an hour called me down to the main trunk where the vacuum was located. He tapped the duct and you could hear all of the 'junk' jump around. EWWW. Al said it would take about three hours and he was right on the money. I am so happy with all the work he did and he awesome attitude. I wish that everyone I had to deal with everyday was like Al! PS. Al, hold the power down on the sansa for about 15 seconds and it should reset. Thanks for everything.

I was told to expect the provider between 9am and 12, and he was at the door at 9:20. Al was polite and very professional. He first took a look around the house and at the furnace, then explained exactly what he was going to do. My furnace filter was very dirty (he showed me this), and he told me where to go to get the best deal on replacements, including (down to the penny) how much it would cost. After looking at the filter he also showed me pet hairs and said that since I did not have pets these were leftover from the previous owners. He recommended a $45 ventilation sterilization, which I accepted. After the cleaning, he showed me all of the hair, dust, and even drywall material that had come out of my air ducts. Finally, he made sure that I knew how to operate my furnace and my humidifier (it is a good thing he did, because I was totally unfamiliar with the humidifier). The entire experience was a pleasure!

They said it was going to be one price but it then it was going to be $500 or $600 so I got it refunded. They were quick to respond.

Provider arrived on time. Friendly and professional. Knowledgeable. Worked alone. Rapidly. Answered all of my questions. Cleaned dryer. Very proud of his work. Truly loved his work. He is a very good representing of his company. I highly recommend this provider. They work hard and are effective in delivering the service they offer.

He did a good job, he was professional, the work was accomplished within the agreed upon timeframe, he was flexible. I added some additional services on the day service was provided. No issues, problems and would recommend their service to my friends.

Very courteous knowledgeable man came out to clean our furnace and ducts. Used a very large vacuum cleaner. Blocked all the ducts but one he was cleaning. Did a good job and was careful moving anything in his way. Showed me the filter before and after he cleaned and sure was a lot of dirt and some larger junk removed! good job!

They did very well. He did a good job. We just used them one time. They did a good job.

Al showed up on the early end of the service window we were given. He was very polite and friendly, and got right to work. He worked quickly and efficiently. We had purchased a coupon through Angie's List for $199 for cleaning all vents, ducts and furnace/dryer vent inspection. Since we wanted the dryer vent cleaned (the vent went through the attic to the outside and we were concerned about fire risk), we had to pay an additional $75. In addition to the work he did, Al gave us some good advice on cleaning and maintenance of our heating/AC system, which we appreciated.

Great service. Called to see if they could come early. I added to the original cost by getting the whole house done. Great service. Very professional.

Was very punctual and explained things weel and told me and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Very pleasant customer service and did the job very well. Thank them for their service.

It was fine. Everything was met to my satisfaction. I had to pay a little bit of an extra because of the additional vent. That was clearly stated in the coupon. The price was fair. He was on time and he was careful about cleaning up afterwards. He was careful about moving the equipment through the house and not to damage anything. He was conscientious and professional in his manner.

The Provider was on-time and very clean-conscious - he put on "slippers" to cover his shoes every time he entered our house. His equipment worked well. He was pleasant and efficient. We will definitely use this provider again.

It was great. They did what they said they would do. They came out within a few weeks after the deal was purchased. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount, but it was consistent with what they said it would be. So I wasn't surprised. They were on time and made good contact. He talked me through what he was doing and they were good. I only talked to the owner and he was very professional.

Service was excellent. Husband recently had surgery and the gentlemen who came assisted in moving items he was unable to move. He thoroughly and explained the process and answered any questions. Would use them again.

It went okay. The guy did a good job. When they showed up, they added another $100 worth of services that had to be done, which I wasn't anticipating. I don't know if I will use them again in the future but I would consider it.

The young man, Oleg, that came to do it was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and funny. He did a super job! It took him about an hour and a half to two hours to complete the job. He did a terrific job! The house smells so clean and fresh! The pricing was great! They do charge extra if you have more than one cold air return, about $35 per return. I had two extra ones. For all that he did and how meticulous he was, it was worth the price. He made sure not to leave a mess. The house had not had the ducts cleaned since the house was built (in 1984) but he said it was in good shape for that. I was really, really pleased with him!

I scheduled them for 1200-1500, but he showed up 4 hours early! I had just gotten out of the shower. He sort of argued that I was to be his first stop for the day. Maybe so, but I had something to do that morning. He showed me his calendar in his cell phone, which indicated my address in the afternoon. He misread his schedule and messed up my day. I changed my schedule because he came to Colorado Springs all the way from Aurora, CO. Nowhere in any emails or any other communication did they say they were more than 60 miles away. I thought I was dealing with someone who was local to my area. He described the process of how he would clean the vents. He told me that he would put an 'air freshener' that smelled like 'soap' in the vents to keep my house smelling fresh. I asked if it was a heavy fragrance, he said no. I spent the next three weeks gagging on the smell that really bothered my allergies. It smelled like an old lady who used too much perfume! I probably should have called the company to come back out to eliminate the smell, but I thought it would only last for a day or two, then maybe only another day, then another, then another. Now, every once in a while I smell it, but not too often. Next time I will forgo the fragrance. He cleaned all of the vents and air returns. He did nothing to the dryer vent because I had just moved in here and replaced the entire tubing. I don't know that he did anything to the furnace other than creating an access panel for his equipment. The worker was very courteous, explained the process, and did his job efficiently. I may or may not use this company again. I would rather deal with someone local to Colorado Springs.

The provider had a service person, Al, arrive on the scheduled date and he stated that the coupon only covered 10 vents and 1 cold air return exchange. The coupon actually stated, "Up to 10 vent lines", which was somewhat of an ambiguous statement since a vent line may have more than one vent attached to it. It did not mention anything about how many cold air exchanges were covered. I would assume that most houses have more than just one. Al said he would charge me an additional $161 for the service, which included $70 for two additional cold air exchanges. I mentioned that the ad did not even mention cold air exchanges and he said to call the main office because he would not talk to me about it. Al then rudely threw the paper down on a table and rushed out my front door saying he would be in his truck. I called the main office and spoke to Vee, she stated that even though the coupon did not mention the cold air exchanges that I would have to pay an additional $70 for them. I told Vee that I would not pay for anything that should have already been covered in the coupon and stated that I would cancel instead. Vee, talking to me in a rude and condescending manner, told me that I could go ahead and call Angie's list and try to get a refund. Both Al and Vee were rude and unprofessional.

Great communication - got the Angie's deal done. They are not local so it took a bit of effort to get them here -- but overall good service, timely prompt and curtious.

We set up an appointment and that took awhile through email to get set up. They called me ahead of time and mentioned that they saw that I was in a condo. They said that their equipment would not work for a condo. I then asked them who they could recommended and they me to another company of who to use.

Purchased a "package" through Angie's List. Although there was some additional cost for more vents than covered in the package, the price was fair for the thorough job done. Very professional.

The service tech who came out was very pleasant and informative. He explained why this was only the second time in five years he couldn't do the job properly because of the size of the vacuum hose he was using and the small area of venting that he could reach from our furnace space. He explained the exact kind of equipment that would be necessary and who could do the job for us.

They let me know shortly thereafter after purchasing the deal that they were out of our service area and were going to charge me an extra $50 to come out. I feel like they should have just come out and done the work. That didn't seem very professional. So I'm getting the deal refunded.

Everything was fantastic - the tech was well informed and was helpful in explaining each process. This was preformed on a house that we had just bought, it is about 20 years old and had obviously never had it's vents cleaned - plus we had done remodel construction. The whole house smelled fresh and clean after they were done. I noticed a lot less dust around the dust and have had no problems thus far.

The service went well. They did a good job.
