I had pre-purchased a voucher on a local deal website for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The appointment was made and confirmed over email. The email I received said that the technician would be at my house "Wednesday april 27th between 4:30 and 5:30 pm." When nobody had appeared by 5 pm, I called and left voicemail, and also emailed. I was then in email contact with someone at the company who told me there was "no need to be stressed" and that apparently 4:30 to 5:30 was a window when they would show up, not when they'd actually be working. This was not clear, and quite the opposite of what was implied in the email. I was then told they would definitely be there by 5:30. I asked for someone to call me. Nobody ever called. Nobody ever showed up, not by 5:30 and not ever. Nobody from the company has emailed me or called me since, despite several attempts on my part. Thankfully I have been able to get a refund on my voucher, but the utter lack of professionalism is disturbing. TL:DR - No call, no show, rude email

A team of 2 guys arrived to my house, explained the whole process to me step by step, supplied photos before and after, left my house clean and did a really good job. I will definitely use them again
