Affordable Quality Airduct Cleaning

Eduardo was absolutely phenomenal. He went so far above and beyond what I would expect from any business (especially these days :) that I would use him again, and recommend him to anyone, in a heartbeat. Our house/vents were a bit of a problem child in that we had asbestos in our crawl space (old house we purchased recently). We had a woman come out to test, but she missed it the first time and Eduardo pointed out all the areas that had asbestos. He then came back out to actually show the woman where to test specifically to confirm it was asbestos. We then hired a company to come out to remove the asbestos and they did a good job in the areas they tackled, but again, they missed multiple spots that Eduardo again pointed out. Once we finally got all the asbestos removed, Eduardo came back yet again to finish the job he started, always with a smile and a work ethic that is rarer by the day. And the vents/ducts of course looked brand new once he was finished!

He was very polite, services are very affordable, he did a amazing job. I was so impressed I am using him again!

Communication was great. Work was done correctly. I saw before and after pictures. This was the first time the ducts had been cleaned since the house was built, ~15 years ago.

I would like them to come back and they have not been responding. The vent is not very clean.

Affordable Quality Airduct Cleaning did a great job for me. They found several additional vents I didn't include when I got my estimate and they cleaned them a few of them for free.

Eduardo was prompt, friendly, professional, and hardworking. He spent at least 6 hours cleaning the ducts, dryer, and furnace fan in our 38 year old house, and left us with clean ducts and some good advice. I would have happily given him 5 stars except that the next day our dryer wouldn't dry any clothes (everything seemed to work, but the clothes remained damp and cold). Eduardo couldn't get out that same day, as he had another house he was working on, but he gave us advice (disconnect the vent pipe and put a pillowcase over it to catch the lint) and came out ASAP, which was the day after Christmas---a Sunday! It turned out the dryer vent pipe to the outdoors, a long pipe with several bends, was NOT cleaned out, and even had a small dead bird in it. I'm not sure how Eduardo had missed that the first time out, but I was quite pleased with his prompt attention to making sure everything was in good working order. We would be happy to hire him again.

Eduardo is friendly and positive young man. He and Jose, another nice individual, did a thorough job cleaning the ducts in my newly-purchased, 20-year-old house, which had never had the ducts cleaned before! The two spent 5 hours cleaning my main lines, 19 vents, clothes dryer vent, and my furnace. Eduardo pulled old toys, wood scraps, and pet food out of my vents. Jose spent 30 minutes scrubbing my "hamster wheel" (part of the furnace) with a steel toothbrush so that it shined like new. My daughter is asthmatic, so this service was essential, and I am glad I called Eduardo. I highly recommend these guys.

The technician did a very good job. Very thorough.

Eduardo was very polite,understanding, and respectful. Though, I was slightly disappointed, and confused, that Eduardo- didn't inform me that he-himself would not be the one coming to my home, that he was sending someone else. In several conversations he did not once say -anything like-"I will be sending one of my technicians to your home" (which bottom line I assumed that Eduardo would be here). I would have liked to have met Eduardo, and perhaps - maybe he could have stopped in and introduced himself, and Adrian, and then politely said Adrian, will be doing the work, and I must leave to attend to other business. The technician "Adrian" was very informative, respectful, patient, and brave - to endure my fathers questions- and to clearly explain why he could not do what my father asked (my father is very skeptical and Leary of work being done on his home, as he has been taken advantage of often), Adrian, gave me a sense of trustworthiness, and safety in our home. They were very though.
