 + 0 moreContacted Affordable for an estimate for the installation of a central air conditioning system. Was give a 11AM to 1 PM time window for the estimator to arrive. At 12:20PM the estimator called and said he was on his way and would be there in 20 to 25 minutes. He did not arrive until after 1:30PM; over an hour after he called. The estimate was done in a satisfactory manner, the estimator was informative and seemed to know his trade. Scheduled a furnace cleaning and test as well as a water heater test. Was given a noon to 4PM time window for the technician to arrive. Technician called at 3:50PM said he couldn't get there for 30 minutes. I was unable to wait due to a prior commitment. Technician said they would call to reschedule; never heard from them. Apparently this company has a problem keeping time commitments and doesn't have the common curtesy to keep their customer, in this case potential customer, informed.
Description of Work: Estimate for installation of AC. Appointment for a furnace and water heater cleaning and test.
