 + -1 moreThe speed and availability of Adelphia's internet service was very good there was only once or twice that the service was out. I really had no complaints, except that I could get comparable internet service from Cinci Bell for a lower monthly charge. I had looked on Adelphia's website to see if they had any other options and packages that would be less expensive than what I was currently paying but didn't find anything. However, when I called to cancel Adelphia's service, they offered a lower cost service which they don't advertise. But I decided to go ahead & cancel Adelphia's internet service, while continuing getting cable TV from them. Adelphia continued to bill me for the internet service for 2 more months after I had canceled. It took another phone call to get that corrected.

 + -1 moreINTRO PRICE FOR JUST 19.99/MONTH. FRIENDLY ON PHONE. CAME SOON AFTER TO INSTALL. INSTALLATION BECAME DIFFICULT BECAUSE OF THE STATE OF THE CABLES IN MY HOUSE AND MY COMPUTER, BUT THEY STAYED ON THE JOB TILL EVERYTHING WORKED. HAPPY EVERY SINCE.
