About us

In starting as a real estate assistant’s assistant about 13 years ago, I realized quite quickly how low the glass ceiling was in real estate unless I wanted to become an agent. Being a nerd for the paperwork and behind the scenes marketing didn’t foster much interest in wanting to become a full time realtor for me, so in moving around from company to company, from both the agent’s side and the office’s side, I picked up a few tricks of the trade and noticed a huge gap for assisting multiple agents at one time. It was time to open up shop. In melding a combination of needs agents look for in personal assistants along with the everyday attention transactions take in order to keep agents out of the office, we developed our one of a kind system of coordinating that's a little more unique and customized to each agents needs. Action Transaction's goal is to assist in any aspect a full time real estate assistant would, without the yearly salary or learning curve when having to re-hire. This includes but is not limited to; database management, website management, brochure development, special feature cards, bookkeeping, sign/lockbox delivery, contract development (CTMe/Adobe), prelisting marketing, MLS/Matrix entry (Are you ready for Matrix? We are!), assistance with closing gifts etc…...check out our Action PLUS program which adds even more personal perks to our services..... It's a given, assistants get bored and replacing them takes both time and money. At Action Transaction, we're here when you need us and we're here when you don't, with out the learning curve of re-training or an increase in over head, and who knew it could be done remotely?!? This service was a dream for me. Listings take a ton of time to put on the market. From all of the documents that need to be drawn up and signed to the creation of the marketing materials on the property, it can be very time consuming. Lastly, plugging everything into MLS and making sure that all of the other real estate websites have the new property and are ready to start promoting it. Erika was a pleasure to work with, extremely professional, prompt, and detail oriented. She made the whole process as streamlined as possible and really took the stress off of my plate so I could go out and sell the property quickly and efficiently. It ended up selling in a day and a half for more than asking price!!! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Action Transaction and plan on using and recommending them regularly in the future!
