In starting as a real estate assistant’s assistant about 13 years ago, I realized quite quickly how low the glass ceiling was in real estate unless I wanted to become an agent. Being a nerd for the paperwork and behind the scenes marketing didn’t foster much interest in wanting to become a full time realtor for me, so in moving around from company to company, from both the agent’s side and the office’s side, I picked up a few tricks of the trade and noticed a huge gap for assisting multiple agents at one time. It was time to open up shop.
In melding a combination of needs agents look for in personal assistants along with the everyday attention transactions take in order to keep agents out of the office, we developed our one of a kind system of coordinating that's a little more unique and customized to each agents needs.
