They gave a life time guarantee and they come back every year to check the termites and stuff like that and retreat if you need them to. I like them- they showed up on time, took care of everything and were less expensive than all the other companies which charge thousands of dollars to do the same thing that these guys did. They don't automatically just come back every year- I have to call them and if I don't call them, it voids the guarantee. They responded very quickly to emails and phone calls and showed up on time.

In 2012 the termites had come back. I called them and they said I'd have to pay $125 because I hadn't kept up with my yearly inspections though it would be covered under my warranty. I did that and they came out and were ontime and I paid the $125. Apparently their records were off because they said the service took place in 2007 but since i bought the house in 2008 we came to the agreement that they would come back out and retreat certain parts of the house. I took the day off we agreed on and 30 min before they were supposed to be there they called and said they had equipment issues and couldn't make it and once they got it fixed they'd call back and reschedule. 3 weeks later no word so I had to call them and reschedule. That is suppose to happen next week. My bad review is based on the fact that the termites came back in under 5 years and that the whole thing has been a big hassle. The price was basically the same as terminix so not like they're a great deal or anything.

I have been with them for eight years. They show up on time and perform the service they're supposed to do. You get what you pay for. They provide great service. They came out and did their job.

In general they are find. We haven't had any complaints. Usually we have them spray for spiders and if see any spiders they come out and spray again at no additional cost.

My experience with them was very positive. I would recommend them to others.

Overall, I was pleased with the service, and I recommend Ace Pest Control.

My experience with them was so-so. The guy who came out was fine, but I guess I was looking for a little bit more. They guy was punctual, I just think the problem was a miscommunication with their office, the person who came out, and I. I would possibly use them again in the future.

I had a very positive experience given the stressful situation of bugs infesting my house. The company gave me a 5-year guarantee of no termites or they will fix the problem for free. After 5 years, I can purchase annual re-checks for a reasonable fee.

Same day service, but scheduling mixup resulting in them sending two different guys. They did not handle situation well. Traps not getting the job done; they used fewer and weaker than used at prior house.

The day of the appointment, I called the company because the exterminator did not show up at the agreed upon time. Once he arrived, he observed the bees swarming around the aspen tree but could not locate a nest. He asked me if the receptionist had explained to me when I called to schedule an appointment how to identify whether or not the bees were feeding off insects or nector on the aspens (in which case a nest may not be present) and/or how to assess if a nest is present. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't. The exterminator (friendly and professional) made an unnecessary trip and I was charged $45 (explained to me when I called that if nothing is found, a $45 service fee would be charged).

The exterminator was on time. I called them Tuesday afternoon and someone came out on Wednesday morning.

The response time was amazing, 2 hours from my call! Rick came out and he was very nice and knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me tips on how to prevent the yellow jackets from returning to the area they had nested and told me why they sprayed baseboards for spiders and answered all my questions. The product they use has no odor and is not supposed to harm pets! Love that! I am very happy with the company!

Technician was on time, sprayed tree, and left. Was not knowledgeable about Aspens, but completed the service.

Very efficient, personable, and did not question the need to return for additional treatment.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY COME WHEN EVER I CALL THEM. I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY BUGS IN A LONG TIME. THEY ARE FAST AND DON'T TRY AND SELL YOU STUFF YOU DON'T NEED.

THEY CAME RIGHT OUT EXPLAINED THAT SPIDER MITES ARE DIFFICULT TO GET RID OF AND THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE TO COME BACK. ON THE FIRST TREATMENT THERE WAS A DRAMATIC DECLINE IN THE NUMBER OF SPIDER MITES. AFTER THE SECOND APPLICATION, THEY WERE ALL GONE.

ACE PEST CONTROL DID A GOOD JOB. HE SPRAYED WHERE A BEES NEST HAD BEEN ESTABLISHED IN THE DRYER VENT ON AN OUTSIDE WALL. HE THEN SPRAYED INSIDE AND OUT FOR SPIDERS AND OTHER INSECTS.
