+ -1 moreCalled to see if we could bring our house locks by to be re-keyed (we had already taken them out of the doors). They promptly answered the phone and checked to see if anyone was at the office rather than out on calls. No one was but the service man said he would be by in 15 minutes and would only charge us for the re-keying since we had the locks out already. He was to us in 15 minutes and had all four locks re-keyed, re-lubricated and four keys made in one-half hour. Couldn't have been more responsive and the price was perfectly reasonable.
Description of Work: Provder came to house and re-keyed four locks.

+ -1 moreThe locksmith arrived right on time, opened my car very quickly, paid with a credit card. They quoted $75.00 over the phone since it was around 9:45pm , but when they got there and opened my car the locksmith told me it was easy and gave me a $15.00 discount, so I ended up paying only $60.00. I gave him a $5.00 cash tip.
Description of Work: Locked out of my 1993 Jeep Cherokee Quoted price right over the phone, other locksmiths are very vague when it comes to pricing. Prompt and professional, made a bad day into a good one.
