Everything went wonderfully! I spoke with Katherine for scheduling and she was great! She was very responsive and helpful. I was dealing with my HOA, trying to get the work approved, and she was very polite and friendly with all of my rescheduling and such... such a pleasure to work with. The installer was very friendly as well. He showed up on time and walked me through everything. He was quiet and respectful while installing; I barely knew he was there. The whole experience was so simple.
Description of Work: Absolute Radon Safety installed our radon system and sump pump.

Description of Work: When the professional appears at your door, shoes in hand, a drop cloth and a smile - you've made a great choice. Not only did he insist on cleanliness, Roman was a gentleman, knowledgeable and detailed with his work. Unlike another Colorado Radon specialist, he returned my call immediately. He showed up at the appointed time. He also inspected the entire basement for leaks (the other guy didn't do that!). He did not charge additional for sealing the areas of concern. He charge the same price as "the other guy" but also cleaned up when he came down from the attic. (The other guy left insulation on the floor and didn't close the ceiling tile and left black marks all over it). Roman even cleaned off those black marks. He was awesome.
