+ -1 moreVahid was on time and very professional. I had had new countertops installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Vahid installed a new faucet and the associated drain work for the garbage disposal. He checked his work thoroughly before moving on the reinstalling the faucet in the bath. The whole time he worked diligently and was very through. He did a very good job. I appreciate his professionalism and quality of work.

Description of Work: Valid gave us a phone quote on fixing our basement water line so that our refrigerator water/ice dispenser would work. He gave us a quote range before coming out so that we knew what to expect when he came out. He did the work quickly and neatly and conducted himself like a true professional. When asked about the quote, he charged on the lower end of the range he phone quoted us which was nice. When I emailed, He responded within 30 min and came out to do the work the same day. While he was here, he also took the time to install a new sink faucet that we hadn't gotten around to doing. He did both jobs for less than what two other large companies quoted us for just the refrigerator line.

Description of Work: From about September 1, 2011 until November 5, 2012 we used ABS Plumbing and worked only with the owner, Vahid. We completely remodeled our kitchen, our secondary bathroom, and did a MAJOR remodel of our five piece master bathroom, which included: shower, dual sinks, jetted tub, toilet. I felt the amount we paid Vahid for his labor was fair. We will definately get job quotes from Vahid in the future.

+ -1 moreNo further communication past the estimate stage--in fact no estimate given. He came, he saw, and he ran away! It was just a gas line install, a straight shot from our basement to outside. The company who did the job did it in under 2 hours. I did give this guy a "D" overall because he called right away to set up the appointment and came over when he said he would, but Angie doesn't let you give a better grade than the grades below the overall.
Description of Work: The owner came out for the estimate when he said he would. He looked at our project (gas line installation for outdoor firepit) and said he would get back with me for the price and possible start date. We never heard back from him. I don't know if we scared him off, but we had another company come by a few days later and they completed everything within a week of coming out for our estimate.
