Excellent job at a great price. We are very happy with our fence, and so are our neighbors.

More than 30 year old cedar fence in very bad condition (complicated by overgrown vegetation and debris around it) was in desperate need of replacement. After talking on the phone with a few other similar companies, I asked Joe of Able Land and Fence to see the job and bid. His estimate was very reasonable and his communication throughout the process was exemplary, respectful and patient with my questions and time constraints. Joe and his team did a "fabulous job" - comment echoed by friends who saw the before/after. I highly recommend Able Land and Fence and hope to use them soon for additional work. LS

Able Fence did an exceptional job on my fence. They replaced one side (perfectly straight), and two posts on my gate, on the other side of my house. Their quality of work, communication, and response was very professional. If you ever need an amazing fence guy, (new, replacement, or a repair), Joe from Able Fence is your GUY!

I’m retired carpenter and unable to do fence . Joe the owner and his crew were polite and professional , after posts were set joe came back alone one late afternoon and worked till 9:00 at night to finish job !!! His price was best around and I’d recommend him highly!!

Joe was EXCELLENT and personable! He arrived when he said he would, did everything we requested, and was quick and competent. He also charged us a reasonable fee as we are on a fixed income. We would definitely use his company again!!!

Excellent job! He was always on time, kept me informed of any updates as needed and finished the jobs on schedule. The fence and landscaping look wonderful and I intend to hire him for another job soon.

Joe and his team were amazing! He replaced a whole fence and built me deck as well. His communication is amazing and I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code.

I asked Joe to come out and give me a bid, on a Wednesday, he didn’t show up until Monday with no call, I was frustrated with him, he was so unprofessional, had a gentleman with him and they both smelled like alcohol and marijuana. He couldn’t even give me a straight answer on why he didn’t show up on time, nor did he give me an exact quote. Would never use this company again.

Joe was very quick to respond to request for quote. It went downhill from there. It took several calls to finally get his estimate in writing. Once we accepted his estimate he said it would be a two week delay before he could start. After the two week delay and trouble getting in contact with him at any phone #'s we had, he finally contacted us and rather rudely stated he had provided us with an estimate not a contract as I mistakenly referred to it and he would start the project between June 12th and 15th. On the 16th we left several messages requesting he contact us, finally he called and stated "we had discussed previously that we had cancelled the job." We never cancelled the job! We waited over a month for him to start the job. Yes, we were very upset and yelled at him over the phone - he HUNG UP on us. Do not hire this company for your project unless you enjoy conflict, double-speak and dealing with people that are unprofessional.

Joe was very professional, completed the job as scheduled. He showed up within 24 hours to assess the damage to my fence and completed it within the week. Very highly recommend committed time and work was over expectations.
