ABF U-PACK

I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am in U-pack and the company that they hired on our behalf moving staffers. They caused damage to over 60% of our property, and what I am estimating at 20K+ in damage. The service of U-pack was horrible from the start, when working with us, they gave us a quote and were completely off in the amount of space we needed in a truck, we ended up needing twice as much space as they apparently don't know how to estimate properly. Then we had several scheduling issues. They gave us estimated delivery windows which were also incorrect. But most notably was referring us to Moving Staffers who sub contracts work out to other companies who don't seem to have a good rating who have no regard to clients personal property and loaded things in the truck so bad that we had so much damage to our property. These guys were horrible, and for the cost we should have used a company that does it all for you.

They just drop off a trailer and take it where you need it. If you need it stored, they will store it for you for a fee. They gave us three days to pack and unpack. Their pricing was very good. Nothing was broken and they were always on time. They were very helpful in terms of customer response. I was pretty pleased.They give you all the information about the truck being used and where they are coming from.

They had a 28 foot trailor they dropped off and we loaded it up with our belongings. Fortunately, our household insurance covered the moving process. They gave us a portion of the trailor and we packed it ourself. Our cargo was completely isolated from any other commercial cargo. We got 3 days to pack everything. It went across the country in 5 days. We got 3 days to unload. We scheduled it to be packed when we left and for it to be unpacked when we arrived. The logistics of the operation went just as we planned. It was the best moving deal we found. These people were absolutely first class. It was the best way I've seen any company move property. Your belongings are safe and isolated from any other cargo. You have the option to have workers assist you with your move but you are welcome to pack and unpack on your own. They are very friendly, helpful, and understanding. It was an A++ service!

THE DRIVER WHO DROPPED THE TRAILER OFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SHOWED ME HOW TO INSTALL THE BULKHEAD AFTER LOADING. WE DID HAVE TO PURCHASE OUR OWN LOCK FOR THE TRAILER, HOWEVER, SINCE WE WOULD BE LOADING ALL WEEKEND. ONCE I CALLED FOR THEM TO PICK THE LOADED TRAILER UP, THEY CAME PROMPTLY TO GET IT. IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO GET DELIVERY OF THE TRAILER IN COLORADO.
