We hired Ivan to replace our 100-year-old sewer line and were able to do so with the pipe bursting method. A1 was one of a few bids we got for the job, Ivan responded so quickly and followed through with the job in the most professional manner. He actually identified a line off our kitchen that ran to the main sewer line that the other two bidders didn't identify, a critical aspect of the job with the pipe bursting method. He sourced a plumber to redirect the line to the main sewer and we ended up with a job that left minimal impact to our back yard landscaping. His crew put everything back together and did a great job. We would highly recommend Ivan and A1 Mile High Drains for any drain/sewer work.

Mile High Drains (Ivan Chavez) has done everything he said he would do in his quote which was not only at a very reasonable price but completed to my highest level of satisfaction and expectations! All work was preformed and met all City and County of Denver Building department/permit requirements. I would and do recommend this company.

i called them on a tuesday and they came in less than an hour. the work was preformed the next morning after they gave me a bid.

Today is 08/18/16 here is an update of the below review: After I originally posted the below review I received a call from A-1 stating that they will go above and beyond to rectify the situation. Obviously a poor ploy to not have the truth out there. They did send someone out to replace the cracked pvc pipe and valve. After talking with the technician he explained to me that when the lift station was installed they poured cement into the holes that hold the cap on. Because of this the lid will not close and our basement smells like sewage. I was recently contacted by the sales rep and told the owner of the company is not going to fix it because it is going to cost him too much money. I will have to pursue a small clames court case to rectify the situation.. I 100% do not recommend using this company for your drain or sewer needs. There are plenty of honest and trust worthy companies out there that will " warranty " their work and actually believe in customer service, not just customer service up to a certain dollar amount. The original work was great, but when I came time to warranty their work and products I have been put off for 2 months now. they installed a lift station and a sewer main. The pump for the lift station went bad and at first they were helpful and came to replace the pump. When they were installing the pump the guy that was replacing it torqued the pvc so much that it cracked. This is when it got interesting. They ordered the part that cracked and I was told they would be back on Monday 05/23/16. I was told they were too busy and would reschedule for later that week. I missed more than enough work and even left early to meet the guy and received a call stating that he got into an accident and would have to reschedule. After this happened I finally received a call from Dave after countless texts and rejected phone calls who says that he has a feeling that I am sabotaging his work! For what reason would I want my house smelling like raw sewage! What would I have to gain from this? I am not asking for anything but the problem to be fixed. After being accused of "doing something fishy" Dave reassured me that he would personally take care of the situation 07/01/16. Here it is 07/12/16 and I am still waiting for Dave to contact me about fixing the situation. I sent a text to Dave on 07/06/16 asking if he was still planning on getting someone out this week. He replied on 07/07/16 with "I’m working on it" I have held off writing this review in hopes that a1 would rectify the situation. I have called the main number over 20 times with no answer. I would say this company if great if you want to save some money and you don't expect any problems with the work. The work we had done was only a month old and the problem of the broken pvc was the fault of the installer that came out to fix the pump. A1 will be completely professional as long as the big money job is being done, but when I comes time to warranty their work they are hard to find
