Nice People, reliable and courteous, however, some of the workmanship got a little sloppy at the end of the job. We had to hire a carpet guy to come in and re-fit the carpet to the new sliding glass door. The frame of the new door was much bigger, so the carpet was overlapping. When the door was installed and caulked, they got sloppy and caulked the door to the carpet pad - it had to be "dug" out. Took some extra work. No need to rush! I also wish they had warned me how dusty the job would be. I would have moved more furniture and protected the rest better. They were on time, friendly and responsive to my questions and needs. I love the windows! .

These guys are a keeper! I have very high expectations and they delivered. As an engineer I know just enough to be dangerous. No one else could have done a better job!!!!!!! I only wish I had more windows for them to do.

I was very happy with the windows we purchased and most aspects of the installation. My only complaint would be regarding their use of replacement/filler mortar around the edges of the windows on the outside. They picked a darker color mortar that matched the existing mortar used on our house's brick exterior, but the inside line (where the mortar ends, as it overlaps onto the white vinyl window frame) is uneven and mortar surface is rough. This is only a cosmetic problem, and only noticeable when you are close to the windows.

I don't think you could ask for more courteous folks to do business with. Project was completed professionally and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend.

The old windows were steel case imbeded in brick and plaster. I had asked them to try and remove with minimal damage to the plaster and 1950's red tile sills. They performed this task above my expectations. They were on site two days and did a very professional job.

Got a hard sell from the salesman at the end of Sept. 07. As soon as the saleman was out the door, all customer service stopped. It took 10 days and a phone call to get the project guy out to do the final measurements. After a month with no contact, i called to find out that the windows were never ordered. I had placed half of the money down so I was worried I was being ripped off. The windows came about Dec. 27th, but one window was made wrong. 3 more weeks. When final install was done the tech said they were knocking $500 off so I paid the remainder with reference to final payment. Got a call saying no. Got him to discount $127.00.

The first two installs have gone very well. I look forward to developing a lasting buisness relationship.

Exquisite windows followed up on my request to have new entry doors installed immediately, and came over promptly and gave us a bid. The bid was competitive, and was lower than the big home improvement centers. We selected Exquisite to do the work and they scheduled it quickly. They showed up on time, did a fantastic job installing our entry doors, and left the work area in a clean condition when they left. The workmanship was very high quality. The workers went the extra mile for us to pick up a missing storm door from a supplier. The job was completed to our satisfaction and we would not hesistate to use them again or to refer them to others.
