Fast and quality workmanship

The paint job was good. It looks really nice. The only qualm I have is that they left old pieces of trim for me to get rid of and left a bit of trash around.

Work looks exellent, In and out in a very short time, easy to work with, good company.

I rated this job as a B+. On time. Didn't spill a drop on my Trex deck. Lost points for not caulking or scraping,to my expectations, but came back and fixed the problem right away so they earned the plus..I would recommend.

5280 Exteriors not only did a professional job in prepping and painting, they replaced warped window sill boards and on weekends to finish the job. Esmy and her crew were detail oriented and kept us in the loop on every phase of the project.

The painting crew did excellent work, although even when asked not to they continued to leave our windows taped/papered shut when leaving for the day. Our main complaint is that the crew foreman told us on Monday morning that the previous Saturday he had applied 3 coats of stain to get the needed coverage although we had contracted for 2 coats. Calls to the estimator Drew and the boss Bryce weren't returned that day, or ever. When the job was finally complete on Thursday the crew chief tried to collect an additional $1000 even though we never agreed in writing to a change order. We finally agreed to split the difference but still not real hap

Quality and value for the money were ok. I have requesed a receipt for services three times and have not received one. I requested someone from 5280 Exteriors to come out (twice) and review the work done and no one has responded to my request. The painter spilled paint in my front yard and I now have a 35" diameter dead spot which I asked for them to repair and no one has responded to my request. The bid was competitive and I selected 5280 Exteriors for the job because they warrantied their work for 3 years. I'm not optomistic that the warranty is worth anything based on their lack of customer service.

Had exterior painted. They got out there quickly, did the job in one long day and it looks great and professional. The painters were easy to work with. This was by far my lowest bid as well. Only issue is the company was a little slow on returning calls. Might just be a small company.

Very professional and perfectionists!! We are very happy with the siding and finish work.
