 + 7 moreAmazingly incredible and it looks like a million bucks!!! Nick and his crew are professional, clean, prompt, and most of all they pay attention to the details and get it right. We had a vision for our bath and Nick added some great ideas to take it to the next level. We would hire them again and would definitely recommend them to others. This job (we and a family member have used them before) took a little longer than expected, but they saw the job through to the very last detail.
Description of Work: A complete bathroom and master closet remodel. Essentially gutted and reconfigured with all new tile (with radiant floor heating), two sink vanity, free-standing tub, and a roman shower with frameless glass enclosure.

Description of Work: Nick Moyer finished out a basement bedroom (previously a storage room) and redid our living room built in shelving to accommodate a larger tv. Work was high quality and Nick was fastidious about final product and making sure everything was left clean and tidy.

Description of Work: Nick came and did a TON of handiwork for us. He installed all new faucets, kitchen hardware, and re-grouted all of our flooring and countertops that needed it. He also performed miscellaneous other updates for us and found and fixed any issues that he saw without any prompting.

The price ended up being more than the initial in-home quote, but 4 Seasons was still $1000 less expensive than the other guy we talked to. Overall quality work, and we are happy.

 + 1 moreOverall Nick and his employee Russell did a great job. They are both super nice and knowledgeable. As with any home remodel project it took a little longer than expected but it was worth the extra time to get the job done right.
Description of Work: Stairway and basement flooring project. We had old, worn wall to wall carpet and vinyl flooring with vinyl base trim. Nick removed all the old flooring and base trim and refinished with beautiful 12x24 tile he helped us pick out and 5 inch wood base trim which he also painted. The tile and base trim covered a large area including the downstairs living room, hallway, bathroom, and kitchen/wet bar area. He recommended a 1/3 offset pattern for the tile and it looks awesome! Everything came out looking great and gave our basement a HUGE face lift. Nick also re-finished the stairway to the basement; removing the worn carpet and replacing with hardwood. He did a great job on the stairs including staining them and updating the handrail to match.

We had multiple contractors either turn down the job or tell us they couldn't do it as there were numerous difficult companents to this job. Nick saw these things as challenges not obstacles. He came up with a design plan that was an improvement in our idea, was more functional and ultimately less expensive. He completed the job on time and on budget and worked in a small closet remodel in between the down days of working on the stairs and basement. He was very accommodating to our family as my wife was pregnant during the remodel. He was willing to do a partial remodel of our basement as we couldn't afford to do it all at this time. He keep us informed on the timeline and communicated progress to us exceptionally well. He may appear young, but he I found him to be exceptionally talented and professional. We have other projects in our future as is often the case with old house, he will be the only contractor we use!

 + -1 moreNick arrived on time and ready to work. He listened well to my instructions and made sure he was clear before starting work. He installed the antennae on the chimney, made sure it was aimed correctly, and connected and secured the wiring. He also attached an owl decoy on my chimney that I hope will discourage flickers next spring. This is the second time I have used 4 Seasons Construction and I am very satisfied (The first time was a much larger job). He worked quickly, cleaned up after and was done in 2 hours. I will not hesitate to have them back as I need other work done.
Description of Work: Nick installed a TV antennae on my chimney and another small repair.

We even had him do a bit more work that came up while he was here and his additional charges were reasonable. Nick and his helper were always professional, answered all my questions, seemed to take a genuine interest in doing good work, and left the work site clean when finished. I would be happy to use him again and recommend him to friends.

Description of Work: Nick was kind enough to come out late Saturday afternoon to replace a toilet valve. Unfortuneately he installed it incorrectly. The instructions were near the toilet with the necessary replacement parts. He did not use the replacement parts that came with the valve, and the valve was not extended to the necessary height. He appears to have ignored the instructions. I had to hire a plumber to fix the problem he created. I would not recommend the company.

 + 0 moreRepaired the hole created by woodpeckers by tearing out old wood, replacing and painting the whole piece of facia and then installed new gutter and downspouts. Started the job on Saturday, September 8. Removed all the old wood surrounding the front picture window including long ornamental extensions that protrude four or five feet beyond the end of the bay window. Cut and installed all the new wood and painted the whole thing. Then repaired drywall damage in the bay window area. Returned the following day to finish the repair. Returned again on Sept 11 to paint the interior repairs after the drywall repair material dried.
Description of Work: Repaired hole created by woodpeckers in facia above living room. Installed new gutter and downspouts. Ice dams during the winter had caused ice to back up into the hole and melted into the interior above a bay window. Replaced and painted exterior wood damaged by ice and snow around living room window. Repaired and painted interior parts damaged and stained by leakage.
